Heres what our guests think :
"Fresh, clean and comfortable apartment on a quiet sunlit road, just a few metres from the sparkling pool. Many beautiful places to explore within a short drive and convenient restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner for those days when we stayed closer to home. Thanks for a really lovely week - it was everything we hoped for." Shari and Samuel from London.
Hi Kaisu, Phil,
I would like to take a chance to thank you for the accommodation, services, assistance and your help in making those two weeks in Spain the best ever holiday we've ever had. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations!
Thank you again very much! I wish you all the luck!
Best regards,
Andrei from Moscow
The fascinating historic towns of Orihuela, Elche and Cartagena are all worth a visit, and an hours drive will take you to the stunning beach of La Manga.
Beaches.
Miles and miles of wonderful beaches are within easy reach. Guardamar and La Mata are within 15 minute drive. Even in the height of summer these beaches are not over-crowded.
Eating Out
There are various Indian Chinese and English restaurants within easy walking distance, or many traditional Spanish restaurants are available a 5 minute drive away in St Miguel and Torrevieja.
The nearest town Torrevieja is a bustling lively town and has a long sea front with sandy beaches and numerous traditional Spanish Tapas bars.
Orihuela is just 25km away inland and is a typically Spanish town with many beautiful old churches, a cathedral and even a monastery on top of a hill which rewards the adventurous tourist with views across the town. The town is also a shoppers paradise.
Elche Known as "The City of the Palms" Elche is also worth a visit with its date palm parks throughout the town were you can relax and wander in the shade of the constant Mediterranean sun. The forest has been now declared as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO.
An hour's drive takes you to La Manga peninsular which has a 15 mile golden beach.
Cartagena
Spain's main naval port is the perfect place to drop anchor for a weekend. Immerse yourself in the city's Moorish, Roman and Phoenician heritage, then wine and dine your way along the seafront cafes and bars.
This Spanish port city is enjoying an exuberant resurgence, thanks to the Madrid government's determination to turn its major naval port into a vibrant tourist attraction.
Everyone from Hasdrubal to the Phoenicians, Romans and Moors used Cartagena for its natural deep-water harbour. The entrance from the Mediterranean is protected by rocky fortified headlands that act like claws, pincering enemy ships. Inside this perfect sea port, a walled city was built. The city walls remained intact until the beginning of the 20th century, creating a dense historic centre.
