The property is beautifully furnished and has 3 big double rooms with large wardrobes. The master bedroom being served by its own ensuite bathroom with a separate shower room for the other bedrooms.

The large lounge/livingroom is fitted with TV, Hi Fi and DVD.

The kitchen and utility area has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, big refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board and lots of other kitchen appliances

The living / dining room has a table with six chairs and 2 sofas

Leading from the living room area is the terrace/balcony complete with table and 6 chairs, with a tremendous nice view at Ayamonte and also Portugal

It is in easy reach of the friendly and pleasant and beautifull town of Ayamonte which is still real Spanish, not overwhelmed with massas of tourists and within a few kilometres of beaches and marina.

Ayamonte is only 45 minutes drive from Faro and a about an hour from Sevilla.

The apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool which is open from April to the end of October. This has paved sunbathing areas within the well kept gardens.

The complex has gated security.

When you arrive you have the luxury to drive into the basement carpark with your own allocated car parking space and an elevator will take you and your luggage direct to the first floor apartment.

We have engaged the services of a local management company who will meet and greet you and show you to the apartment. They will also organise the cleaning of the apartment on your departure.
