This beautiful villa is ideal for a perfect family holiday. A very spacious villa and has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
This villa has a private swimming pool 8 x 4mt , sun terrace. 4 Double Bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, Kitchen(fully Equipped), Air conditioning, Dining area/Living area with fireplace, 3 Bathrooms, driveway, BBQ, Fully fenced garden.

The unspoilt coast line is dotted with beautiful sandy coves that are great for snorkling!
The River Ebro is a short drive away and has all the facilities for great fishing (well known for cat fish), there is also canoeing available. There is also a pitch and put course for 20 euros a day on the outskirts of L'Ampolla. There is a full golf course, and horse riding , all nearby. (Ask for Details)
L'Ampolla has some fantastic restaurants and a good night life for those looking for excitement in the evenings!

This property is 2.5 km From L'Ampolla. L'Ampolla has all amenities. The River Ebro is a short drive away (well known for its great fishing)

Portaventura is a 40 minute drive away with Theme and Water Parks.

A deposit of 300 Euros is required to reserve dates.
A 300 Euro security deposit will be taken on arrival and returned on departure with any breakages taken for.
12 euro charge per bed for bed linen.
Towels 15 euros per property.
A cost for cleaning is payable of 130 Euro per week.
ONLY SATURDAY CHANGE OVERS. PART WEEKS WILL BE CHARGED AS FULL WEEKS.
Entry to the property is between 16.00 hours and 20.00 hours. Arrival after this time will incurr an extra charge of 80 euros.
Departure is 10.00 hours

There is an additional charge of 50 euros for payment by Paypal.
