This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet residential area just outside the town Moraira on the Costa Blanca in Spain. This Luxury detached villa on the Northern Costa Blanca has full air conditioning and central heating for your comfort at any time of year. It also has free WIFI throughout the property. The beautiful gardens house a large private 11 x 5m swimming pool and a spa hot tub set in secure tropical garden.

This luxury 5/7 bedroom villa is spacious and airy, with full air conditioning and gas central heating, an extra large pool and spa hot tub, set in a quiet area with mountain views. The house and parking areas are very private and secure and is only a very short drive away from Moraira town and the beach.
The villa’s tranquil setting overlooks a lush pine forest and is just 5 minutes drive from a safe, sandy beach. The historic town of Moraira has a marina and numerous exclusive restaurants. Within a short drive are the seaside town of Calpe and Benidorm. The picturesque towns of Javea and Lliber in the lovely Jalon Valley are less than 20 minutes drive away and don’t miss out on a visit to the beautiful old village of Guadalest.
At Casa Havana there is also a Luxury Penthouse suite available to rent with the villa at an extra charge depending upon the season. Rental of the penthouse is compulsory for more than 12 people. If not rented the penthouse is locked and unoccupied.
This beautiful villa has recently been renovated. There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa, furnished to a very high level. There is a large family kitchen and also a second smaller kitchen and the separate master suite has an en-suite Jacuzzi bath and a kitchenette. The stunning garden has several terraces with palm, orange and lemon trees. A covered terrace, known in Spain as the Naya, and multiple terraces will undoubtedly entice you to enjoy private el fresco dining with BBQs and to make use of the pool bar and fridge for your chilled champagne. There are plenty of sunny and shady areas within the garden as well as plentiful and comfortable sun beds and Moroccan thatched parasols.
