This apartment is ideal for a family on a buget to have a holiday in the sun. Its location gives easy access to the beaches of the Coasta Del Sol and the inland villages of "real " Spain. Fuengirola is just 4 Kms away to the south and Mijas is the same distance to the north. It is also very easy to join the motor way that run the entire length of southern Spain.
The apartment is in a well maintained village style complex close to the famous Lew Hoad Tennis Club. There is a large communal swimming pool and sun area with sun loungers , tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. The pool is set in a stunning setting with views all round.

The entrance to the apartment is down a flight of 10 steps into a patio shared by 3 apartments.

The front door opens into a large living/ dining/kitchen area that continues out to a large half covered balcony that has a view of the swimming pool and the mountains of Mijas. There is air conditioning
The kitchen is well equiped with a fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is a long serving counter between the kitchen and the dining table. The living room has a pair of comfortable sofas and a coffee table. The TV has free to view UK channels. There is also a CD player.

The master bedroom has a divan double bed and ample wardrobe space with double doors opening onto the balcony. There is a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The window opens onto the shared patio that enjoys afternoon winter sun as well all day summer sun. There is a ceiling fan.

The bathroom devides the bedrooms. It has a bath with shower attachment. wc, wash hand basin with a cabinet and mirror.

The facilities of the Lew hoad tennis club that is a 2 minute walk from the complex are open to the puplic. There are tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, a gym and bar and restaurant. The club is set in wonderful sub tropical gardens.
Other restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the complex. For those who want to use puplic transport there is a bus stop near by with a frequent service that runs between Fuengirola and Mijas. There is a train station in Fuengirola. The train runs along the coast to Malaga city passing Arroyo de la Miel, Torromolinos, the Airport and PLaza Mayor ( a huge commercial centre).

The property is an ideal base to explore the whole of the Costa Del Sol. Marbella is just 25 minutes by car from there Ronda is another hour and Gibraltar another 40 minutes.
Malaga airport is 20 minutes away by car and once you have reached Malaga the motorway network makes journeys to Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba very simple.
