This elegant and well appointed 2 bedroom villa is on the exclusive Residencial BelAir security gated community in Calpe and is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. The Villa has free WIFI. It is within 800 metres walk of the tennis club that has a bar, restaurant and large swimming pool. 200 metres further on there is a new Olymic size indoor heated swimming pool sports complex. 1500 metre walk to the town centre. It is far enough away for peace and tranquillity set in lush pine tree area, yet close enough to take full advantage of all the facilities Calpe has to offer.
Entrance to the property is through a remote controlled electric gate offering constant security and parking.
The complex consists of 15 semi-detached and terraced villas in a U-Shape around a communal walk in swimming pool ideal for any disability or for young children, with Mediterranean garden laid out with grass and palm trees. The elegant villa has views of the sea and Calpes Peñon dIfach from the balconies.
Hot and cold air-conditioning is ducted into every room and the bathrooms and kitchen are finished to the highest quality. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Washing Machine, ironing board / iron, brooms etc are all stored in the walk-in storage cupboard off the lounge.

The entrance to the villa is through a covered porch and security door into the ground floor entrance hall with cloakroom/wc and then to the open living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen and walk in storage cupboard with washing machine, ironing board iron, brooms, sunbeds and childrens toys.

The open living area has double French doors making the room very light and airy. Through the double French doors, you go out to the private terrace and private garden with gate leading to the communal pool and garden area.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower), fitted wardrobes and walk-in storage cupboard with safe and door onto balcony overlooking the pool with views across to the sea and the famous Peñon dIfach. The second twin bedroom with opportunity of adding a third put-u-up bed or cot (extra charge), also with fitted wardrobes, has sole use of the shower bathroom across the landing. Also with door on to the Master Balcony with beautiful panoramic views of Calpe town and the sea.

Apart from air-conditioning and heating, the villa is fitted with double glazed windows throughout, which have security roller blinds upstairs.

The glorious sandy beaches at Calpe are just 5 minutes drive, while the picturesque towns of Moraira and Javea are close by. For day trips the Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Benidorm are easily accessible. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar are approximately 30 minutes drive away in Benidorm and the dinner and show at the Benidorm Palace are not to be missed.
Calpe itself has a vibrant local market held in the old town every Saturday morning, within walking distance from Casa Rosada.

20% deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance of payment to be made 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental period. A returnable security deposit of £400.00 is also required.
