The apartment is just 250 mtrs. from the Lew Hoad Tennis Club with its super sports facilities; tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, gym and swimming pool. There is also a lively bar and restaurant and a small boutique in reception. The club is set in mature sub-tropical gardens which are stunning all year round.

The property has a private front patio. The front door opens directly into an American style kitchen/dining/ living area. This is wonderfully light and spacious which opens out onto a large balcony that has views of the Mijas mountains.

The bathroom seperates the 2 bedrooms and has a vanity unit, a WC, a bath with shower attachment and a plumbed in automatic washing machine.

The property is just 5 minutes by car from the coastal resort of Fuengirola which has all the amenities of a large holiday resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a lively market on Tuesday and a car boot sale on Saturday where it is always fun to hunt for a bargain.
Mijas, a typical white Andalucian village offers a complete contrast with is narrow streets, “tapas” bars, restaurants, shops and famous Donkey Taxis is also only minutes away by car.
For those not wishing to hire a car there is a frequent and cheap local bus service that operates between Fuengirola and Mijas.
The train that runs from Fuengirola and Malaga passes the airport and many coastal towns on the way, Arroyo de la Miel, Torremolinos and Benalamadena. This offers an alternative to driving and is very efficient.

The property is an ideal location to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol and go inland to the cities of Granada, Cordaba and Sevilla.
Maebella is just 25 minutes by car, Gibraltar and Ronda are both only an hour away.
