This charming 2 bed self catering townhouse is located in the lovely quiet urbanization of Los Arrayannes right on the Aloha Golf Course. The house is decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and the owner has spent a lot of time redecorating and giving it a real homely feel and making it their second home. The house is on two levels. On the top floor you have a spacious living room, a big terrace with a dining table and sun loungers and great views to Aloha Golf Course. The kitchen is also located on the top floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and two bathrooms. The double bedroom has direct access to the garden.

LOCATION
Los Arrayanes is located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. It is only a short walk to Aloha golf course or Aloha Pueblo. The quiet urbanization is gated and has mature gardens and a real Andalucian feel. There is a lovely communal pool with sun loungers and grass for the children to play.

Anmerkungen
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the villa. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the villa. The minimum stay in the villa is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the house, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the house. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the house. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the house. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
