A large piece of private land (20.000m2) for your own use with no one around you to tell you what you cant do. Ive had family all summer around with 15 people plus dogs and cats. And you wont notice they’re there. Everybody doing his own thing... Surrounded by all kinds of activities, sports, biking, horseriding, tennis, golf, quads, scubadiving, waterjets, sailing and parties, all close.
Located in the heart of the most beautiful coast on earth - and I can say I’ve seen some places. Costa Brava means ‘wild coast’ and it sure is wild here. Very green landscape, very blue skies, cristal clear water, idyllic white beaches, salmon rocks and beautiful little villages at sea. Can you imagine it more beautiful? The truth is it exists. There are many little beaches, you can choose a different one everyday. And with not so many people. And if you get a boat you will see so many exotic spots you wished you could stay forever.
The house is just 800m from the sea at the border of the village of Llafranch, a 5 min. walk to the village, shops, port and main beach. Llafranch is one of the most pitoresque villages of the Costa Brava. Together with Callela and Tamariu it forms the heart of the Golden Triangle. The best of the best. Dont look further, trust me. With only 2 hotels and no mass tourism it is the home of high class Barcelona and fine European connaisseurs. There's little offer for renting since most people live in their own villas. Only 3 km from palafrugell, 6 km. from palamos and 4 km from Aiguablava, Bagur and Pals. All nice places with a lot of very good restaurants and nightlife.
I am sure you will enjoy it as much as everybody who has been here. Its my house, and live in it all year. Except the summermonths. It comes with all the details and comfort you have in your own house; Satelite, Wifi, soundsystem, digital TV, dishwasher, barbecue, sprinklers, swimming pool, etc. + a gardner who looks after everything.

Note: Each year the house is practically fully booked. 80% of the available weeks are already booked before Christmas. So if you want to rent the house I can only recommend to make your bookings as soon as possible.
