New (2006) and very marvellous double-semi-detached house placed in the beautiful mountains near Algarrobo between Torre del Mar and Torrox. Al together you find 15 double houses in this area, which have free access to a very large swimming pool, separate children’s pool, cold and warm showers and a little playground. Besides you have a large partly covered nicely furnished terrace with sun beds and BBQs – for your free disposal. There is a stunning view of the mountains and to the ocean and only 5 km. to the beach.

BOTH HOUSES CONTAINS: 3 bedroom - 6 reg. sleeps - 2 extra sleeps - 2 bathrooms:
Ground floor: contains a big, bright living room with a separate dining area and in free access to the very well equipped kitchen. You also find a nice roomy bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe. In one of the houses these 2 bedrooms are 'children-rooms'. From the living room, you have direct access to a nicely furnished terrace with an electric sunblind and a minor private garden.

1st floor: contains another lovely and bright living room with direct access to one more nicely furnished, south-west oriented terrace with a BBQ. From this floor there is also access to 2 more small north-east oriented terraces. You find the last of the 3 double bedrooms, also the Master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and wardrobe, on this floor.

A large garage with washer and dryer belongs to the house and is for your free disposal. In the entire house there is thermostatic controlled under floor heating and cooling for a pleasant temperature, all the year round. The entire house is also beautifully furnished with furniture of style and quality and appears very bright and pleasant.

ALGARROBO:
The houses are situated on the mountain west of Algarrobo. Nearest grocery stores and restaurants are found in Algarrobo Pueblo (the old town) or Algarrobo Costa. There is app. 10 minutes drive down the mountain to the cities.

REMARKS:
There are 3 bed rooms and 6 regular sleeps in each house. 2 extra sleeps can be made in each house on mattresses.

Car is essential, and there is a app. 3 km. mountain road to the house. The road is cemented and in good condition.

FAMILY AREA!
Groups where the majority is under 30 years, won’t be accepted. This is a family area where party after midnights aren’t tolerated – sorry.
