On arrival at Condado we will have someone meet you with the keys and show you around the apartment, Our apartment will be cleaned just before you arrive and after you leave.
We will also provide a free welcome pack for you on your arrival.
Our welcome pack contains:
bread, butter, marmalade/jam, tea, coffee, milk, cornflakes, croissants, bacon, sausages, eggs, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, cooking oil, ketchup. bottled water, fresh orange juice, we hope you enjoy.

Things to do on your stay in our apartment:
Golf
Condado de Alhama will be the only resort in Europe to feature three Jack Nicklaus golf course.
The Principal Golf Course, Jack Nicklaus Signature 18 hole is the most spectacular of the Polaris World courses, designed by Nicklaus himself for Polaris World, it features sharp changes in elevation and four lakes, this will be the most exclusive golf course in the Murcia region.
The Jack Nicklaus design team are in the process of constructing the Two Bear's Best courses. Bear's Best one will boast a replica selection of the best 18 signature holes in the world, this course will have a tropical style similar to the Florida parklands, Bear's Best two will boast 18 famous Jack Nicklaus desert holes from around the world.
Resort
While the very impressive club house is being constructed the temporary club house will be in 'AI Kazar'. The new large shopping area 'Al Kazar' is purpose built for the residents and locals in Condado, along with the temporary club house there is a Pro shop, Pub, Italian restaurant with outdoor eating areas a large supermarket and more shops are planned in the future.
Our apartment is directly opposite the communal pool and a large green area, all cars have there own spaces and are parked at the rear of the apartments, this gives great peace of mind for people with children, while you relax in our garden on the lounger or eat al fresco at the table you can watch your children knowing that they are safe. In the centre of Jardines you find the Foro, the Foro is a complete sports area only a short walk from our apartment, there are six indoor and two large outdoor tennis courts, three squash courts, a large basketball and football pitch.
Travel
Campsol Urb is 5 minutes drive away, there are many pubs and a large selection of restaurants, a supermarket, bowling alley, Internet cafe, banks, vets, petrol station etc..
Mazarron is the nearest beach from our apartment 10min away, I would suggest on Sunday going to the outdoor markets they stay open until 15.00 . Just a short walk from the market you will find the beautiful sandy beaches of Mazarron and Bolnuevo, there are panoramic views from Mazarron and Bolnuevo of the beautiful coast of Costa calida.
We are just a short drive from the towns of Alhama de Murcia, Totana and Lorca, these three beautiful towns border the Sierra de Espuna national park.
Murcia City is 50 minutes away by car and is a beautiful old city, It has very old style buildings like the university and churches, it also has many shops and two El Corte Ingles shopping centres. The city is approx 1200 years old and steeped in history, a must see. During the 3-hour siesta why not pop into the open air Thader shopping centre 10 minutes from the city of Murcia on A7, 30 min away from the apartment.
The area of the Mar Menor ( little sea ) is almost totally separated from the Mediterranean Sea due to the 'La Manga del Mar Menor' which means 'the sleeve of the little sea'. This very small strip of land is about 13 miles long and makes up the lagoon of Mar Menor, a very interesting natural attraction. La Manga is 40 minutes away on the motorway AP7 from the apartment.
Cartaghena city is 30 minutes away on the motorway the AP7 and has a very historic port. The city itself is over 2,000 years old. While the city breakes for siesta you should pop into see the large three storey shopping centre just outside the city on your way to Los Alcazares. Los Alcazares is a large town on the Mar Menor,it has many restaurants and bars which we suggest popping into after visiting Cartahena city.
Almeria is 2 hours away and although Granada is 3 hours away it is well worth a visit for Alhambra Palace alone.
