The house is five minutes walk to an exclusive safe, sandy beach, upmarket shops, restaurants and bars of Moraira and the vibrant Mediterranean Marina and Yacht club. Moraira has a wealth of restaurants, tapas bars and small shops, as well as two lovely sandy beaches. Moraira is a most beautiful and relaxing town. The shops and restaurants are open all year round. The villa is set near a vineyard, which is a quiet area with views at the beautiful garden.
It has a lush tropical feel, set in a lovely garden with numerous large spacious tranquil terracing & barbeque area. It is fully equipped with comfortable and sturdy sun-loungers, garden table & chairs for alfresco dining. The villa-apartment is set on the lower level with direct access to the garden an indoor swimming-pool. There is plenty of space for relaxing around the pool and at the front and side of the property. There is off-road parking for up to 3 cars. This apartment offers a wonderful holiday for families or couples looking for a quiet, relaxing time in a beautiful setting yet have access to all necessary amenities and activities to please all.

The north Costa Blanca region is a green and lush area with lemon and orange groves, vines, almond and olive trees. The backdrop of mountains sets off the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for your holiday of sea sand and sangria or a haven of breathtaking cliff top walks. The area has been rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest in the world and boasts over 325 days of sunshine every year.
A half hour to the south is Benidorm with its various attractions sure to please the children. Try Mundomar Marine Park or the Aqualandia Water Park or terrify yourselves at the Terra Mitica Theme Park with thrilling rides.
To the north is the lovely town of Denia with its castle and beaches and pleasant shopping areas. Here you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry.
