This is a lovely ground floor apartment with a fantastic terrace and a private garden enjoying marvellous sea views and to the coast. Situated in a quiet complex, Coves Noves, but with easy access to amenities and different places around the island accessible by car.

It has one double bedroom, with built-in wardrobes, fan-ceiling, and direct access to terrace. It also has one complete bathroom. The large and bright dining-living room has direct access to the large sun terrace and there are 3 sofa-bed. Kitchen in bar fully equipped. Ask availability for cat and/or children high chair.

The stay at this apartment grants tenants to use and enjoy the Tennis Club facilities which include communal swimming-pool, tennis, paddle courts etc... and a Bar open in High Season. Near by Supermarket, Bars, Restaurants, Rent a Car, and children's Park are at a 5 minute walk. The nearest beach is Arenal d'En Castell, and also Na Macaret.
