This charming, lovingly restored villa has everything for the perfect Spanish summer holiday,..........plus, the opportunity to play golf at the championship course of La Sella, just 10-15 minutes away....(there is a set of clubs which can be used if requested)

The grounds are totally enclosed by attractive walls and electrically operated gates.
The immaculate 10 x 5m swimming pool is perfectly set in a newly tiled terrace surrounded by lawned areas while more terracing and a spacious decked area provide dining, (perhaps utilising the large gas BBQ), and relaxing areas by the villa itself.

The pool and garden are in the sunshine throughout the day.
There is a pool-side shower and the pool has a low level solar heating system which takes any possible difficulty away from "getting in" !

Inside, the brand new open plan kitchen (all new appliances, including Dishwasher),is very well equipped and conveniently serves the cosy living room and glass walled dining room that looks onto the beautifully landscaped entrance and parking area which is shaded by several impressive conifers.
The bathroom and shower room have both been totally refitted with high quality fittings and tasteful tiles.

The 3rd bedroom is upstairs, un-enclosed and looks down to the lounge area from its gallery.
There are 3 televisions, each one with a DVD player (the main one also receives 7 Spanish TV channels)and there is a radio /CD player.
3 air conditioning units more than ease the impact of the summer heat and make for comfortable nights sleep.

There are marvellous (and very nearby )mountain views in a tranquil setting that has direct access to the Montgo National Park just a couple of hundred metres away while being less than 10 minutes drive from the bustling and vibrant town of Denia with all its quayside restaurants, bars, shops,Castle, fish market, new marina and ferry services to the nearby Balearic Islands.

2011 - 2 new king size beds and mattresses plus new 2 seater to match existing 3 seat leather sofa in lounge.
