Las Tortugas sits in a walled and gated plot of 2500m2, with covered parking for 2 cars and plenty of extra parking within the gates. It enjoys an enviable, very private location (only 2 neighbours, the nearest more than 200 metres away), with marvellous views of the Sierra Cabrera yet only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera.

The pebbletec pool is surrounded by lots of covered and uncovered terracing, and the large covered terrace is easily the most popular area with our guests, both in summer and winter.

The house has recently been completely renovated to provide spacious accommodation for 8 people in 4 large bedrooms (3 ensuite), 2 sitting rooms, each with a separate digibox, dining room and 2 well equipped kitchens. The layout and the two kitchens make it very suitable for several generations or for two families holidaying together. There is a WIFI internet connection accessible throughout the house.

Catered dinners available if you would like to enjoy a good meal without the bore of driving: ask for details.

Outside of peak holiday times each floor can be rented independently, each accommodating up to 4 people in two bedrooms/bathrooms and sharing the pool and terraces with the other apartment. It is also possible to have up to 2 z-beds in the large sitting room in the upstairs apartment to accommodate an extra 2 children 12 and under. Please ask us for prices.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.

Our area is a paradise for walkers and lovers of wild life - the feathered and furred variety rather than the night club sort (if you avoid the heat of the summer) and our off-season prices and the possibility of booking just half the house make it the ideal property for a walking holiday.
