Las Piñas is a charming and comfortable linked villa in beautiful surroundings. It is well maintained and owner managed to ensure you have a wonderful visit. The villa is 7 minutes walk from the southern end of Playa de Pals beach - just where the long wide beach develops to small sandy swimming coves - to which you can also walk.
Las Piñas is on the northern Costa Brava and we can help arrange flights and car rentals from convenient French and Spanish Airports
You can park close to the front door and also in an allocated space within the development. On entering the villa you look through the hallway to the living room and on to double French doors opening out to the terrace and garden. You will find the villa clean and bright, comfortable and well furnished. All rooms have wide windows opening to good views. There are built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans & black-out blinds in all bedrooms. The master bedroom and another double bedroom are air-conditioned although most guest's say they do not need it. There are optional insect screens on all windows in the house.
Wi-Fi internet is available free 5 minutes drive away most of the year. We will lend you a Spanish mobile phone for use during your visit - with useful numbers keyed in.
On arrival you will find the house clean with all beds made up with good sheets and lots of clean soft fluffy pillows. If arriving late prepared dinner or your required supermarket items can be put in villa. Nominal charge for this. In any case we will give you complimentary snacks and drinks for your arrival.
Cleaning after you depart is included in the rate. If you stay for two weeks or more; bed linen and bath and kitchen towels are changed weekly along with a quick unobtrusive clean.
Las Piñas has its own small private hedged gardens front and back, with palm & pine trees, shrubs & flowers. There is a secure gate from our garden to spacious, superbly landscaped lawns with trees and flowering shrubs. The shared large adult’s pool (40 ft both ways) and the children’s pool both get minimal use. Las Piñas is in a private development of 26 two or three bedroom houses.
Restaurants, pubs, supermarket, boutiques, tennis, and a doctor are all about 8 minutes walk. Championship Pals Golf course is approximately 10-mins walk or a couple of minutes drive away. There are two other courses - each about 6 minutes drive away from the villa. A 6-min drive takes you to medieval Pals town and then on to hill towns or coastal villages. Good walks through forests & along cliff paths begin at the front door.
