This beautiful ancient, bijou house is in the very heart of the Historic Centre of Arcos de la Frontera (Jerez), known for its sherry bodegas. It is half a hour from the beaches and one hours drive from Seville
The city of Arcos, believed the oldest of the famous Andalucian "Pueblo Blancos" was reputedly founded as a Kingdom some three Millenia ago by Noahs (Noahs Ark) grandson, developed as a clifftop fortress by the Phoenicians in the honeycomb of cave dwellings which still form the greater part of the older dwellings, then significant Roman influences, attracting the name "De La Frontera" when eventually the Christians pushed the Moors back to North Africa. Casita Cita is within a few minutes walk of many restaurants, bars, shops and the Cathedrals and Castle. It has been carefully and beautifully restored by an architect, the restoration being completed in February 2009. It is an independent house with its own private roof terrace. It is 3 kilometres from the world famous Arcos Gardens World Championship Golf course, and close to the Speed Circuit at Jerez for the Moto Grand Prix. The city towers over near vertical cliffs, our roof terrace giving massive views over the stunning lake which has several bars and resturants, even a sailing school, and is just 5mins drive away.
The house is furnished to a very high standard, and has a private roof terrace with views to Arcos lake and St Pedro Church. There is parking nearby.
Arcos is a very ancient Pueblo Blanco with a wealth of tapas bars and restaurants and promises an unforgettable holiday.
It is near to Jerez Airport, 1 hour from Seville Airport, and 2 hours from Malaga Airport.
Special requests for arrival shopping packs are welcome and other requests attended to if possible. We aim to make your stay a memorable holiday, one which you will want to recommend to your friends.
Third and fourth guests can stay on a put u up and settee, all linen will be provided.
There is no extra cost for cleaning and linen, but a deposit of 200 euros is requested against breakages.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you feel at home. In this well appointed and comfortable house you will find everything you need; from a complete kitchen to a marvellous roof terrace with a spectacular view. The house is very clean and tidy and is charmingly furnished. The host Russell is a perfect gentleman who knows how to welcome his guests and who understands what a perfect holiday home is all about.
Arcos de la Frontera is a little village with the most charming houses, great heights and narrow streets. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, a couple of restaurants and tapas bars, souvenir shops and a lot of other convenient places.
Parking can be a challenge as well as driving through Arcos de la Frontera with its steep and narrow streets. You will never have a dull moment relaxing on the roof terrace and watching everything that happens underneath you. We would recommend this apartment for young couples, for a romantic getaway. We had a wonderful time in Casa Cita and we would like to thank Russell for his warm welcome and great hospitality.
