This luxurious and very modern villa is situated in Las Cumbres, Elviria, Marbella and only 1 kilometre from the beach. It is well situated in a secluded area but still just a few minutes walk away from shops and restaurants.

The villa rental is within walking distance from the beach, and is in a perfect spot for a family holiday.

Set in a mature and private garden in a quiet location the villa offers a large private pool area with two pools connected by waterfall which gives a total of more than 60 m2 pool. Fantastic terrace area surrounding the pool area. Perfect for sunbathing with sun beds, chairs, sofas, tables. There are chairs and sun beds for 12 people.


The villa has just been totally redecorated and is fully furbished to an extremely high standard. There are air conditioning / heating in all bedrooms. White marble floors are present all over the villa.

The villa contains 6 bedrooms with beds for a total of 12 people. There are 6 bathrooms where two of them are en-suite.

The modern kitchen is fully outfitted and contains all the necessary machinery, cooking appliances, crockery, silverware and washing facilities.
There are 2 large lounge/living room areas with leather sofa arrangements, fireplaces and 2 LCD 40/46” television set together with Playstation 3 and surround sound music system.
Comfortable leather sofas for cinema watching. 2 electronic relaxing chairs. Bar with bar chairs. Massage chair. Flashing starlight LED system in the ceiling

On the first floor are two lovely roof terraces overlooking the garden and pool area.

The gymnasium is fully equipped with different fitness equipment.
In the laundry is a sink, washing machine and separate clothes dryer together with portable indoor table tennis table.

Elviria has some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol with miles of white sand and beautiful clear blue sea, beach bars, restaurants and water sports, and is home to the famous Nikki Beach and 5 STAR Don Carlos Beach club. Most of these places have lounge chairs and cabanas that can be hired. You can also set up your own. There are water sports facilities provided by licensed operators.
The beach is within 10 minutes walking distance.

The airport of Malaga is a 35 minute drive, Marbella town 15 minutes and Puerto Banus the famous marina 20 minutes.

Puerto Banus is one of the most famous marinas in the world with its outstanding luxury yachts, designer shops and fantastic restaurants. Visit the marina and look at all the fantastic yachts or exclusive cars, or maybe just sit and enjoy a drink and watch the world go by while a Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Aston Martin or Mercedes drives near you.
The nightlife in Costa del Sol is very good with a great choice of clubs, bars and restaurants to go to.

Street Markets are a great place to spend some time. You can find them in Marbella, Las Chapas, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona.
The Street Markets have a large variety of merchandise. This varies from fruit & vegetables to clothes and furniture, etc…,

If you want to go shopping the big La Canada shopping centre is only 10 minutes drive. Or you could visit El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus where they have all the newest fashion. Also in the Puerto Banus marina you can find shops like Prada, Dior, Armani etc.

In the near area you can find Aquatic parks, Animal parks, Mountain bikes, Mount ventures, Eco tours, Boats, Fishing, Excursions, Diving, Casinos, Horses, Amusement park, Beaches etc.

Elviria has some of the best golf courses on the coast, with Santa Maria Golf club within easy walking distance. Rio Real and La Cala are at short drive. Just to name a few. There are numerous other courses within a 10 mile radius. And a total of 60 golf courses in the area (Andalucia)

Maid service for general cleaning is available as an option

25% non-returnable reservation fee to reserve; (Please note that there is no confirmation of tenancy until the reservation fee is confirmed by the bank). Additional 75% eight weeks paid prior to arrival. 1000 euro returnable security deposit paid 8 weeks prior to arrival is required to offset possible damage done by the tenants.

We expect the villa to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived, with the exception of the towels and linen used the final week. All towels and linen are included, property is cleaned on changeover and towels and linen changed.

The arrival time is after 5pm. and departure time before 10am.
Some exceptions can be made, if possible, upon request
