Golf - sun - and the beach
Away from Tourists, beautifully situated in Quesada, in a very quiet residential area, 30 km south of Alicante is our villa in Spain.
This is a modern newly built villa, situated on a hillside with a view over the valley, where the citys own 18 holes golf course "La Marquesas" lies, and within 30 minutes drive, there is another 12 golf courses. Among this, golf club "La Finca" where you between others things, can enjoy one of Spains specialties - Tapas.
The villa is in 5 levels with 3 bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms one of them with a bathtub. A living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, and with the possibility to access a magnificent terrace overlooking the valley and mountains. A second living room with satellite TV, and a DVD player.
Finally, there is a tiled garden with possibility to barbecues and eating, here is also an open bar, toilet and outdoor shower. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.
At the top of the house is a solarium with a beautiful view.
In the villa there is dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, with the possibility of either hot or cool - and fans too in the 3 bedrooms.
There is a swimming pool for free use of 7 x 14 meters, split between 13 homes.
The coastal area at the town Guardamar is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the house, here you will find 10 km white sandy beach where there is opportunity to swim and in the summer there are good facilities for various water activities. The newly restored promenade allows you to enjoy a snack in one of the many Tapas bars.
In walking distance from the house and close to the golf course are a supermarket, 8 restaurants, 4 bars and a bank.
Quesada town is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the house - and here you find a selection of many different restaurants, banks with ATMs, English cafes with typical English food and some bars.
There are also some good activities for children, there are the citys Aqua Park (which the house is named by) located 10 minutes away by car, which is open from April to September. Also Go-Carting is an option and is not far from the house.
When you move around on your own, you will find, within only 20 minutes by car, fascinating small towns, restaurants and beaches. Even the many Spanish markets with a wide range of things are a good way to experience the Spanish atmosphere.
The region is known for its therapeutic salt lakes, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife.
