This charming townhouse is right in the centre of this costal village, in a quiet residential area, walking distance from one of Conil’s most beautiful beaches, tapas bars and restaurants. It has been newly renovated to a high standard home. It has character and a homely feel with all modern installations including SKY TV. You have your own private terrace, which is fully equipped (sun umbrella, sunbathing chairs, main table and chairs). There is parking right in front of the door and a supermarket 1 minutes walk.
The house has been renovated to include heating and fans in all rooms. The windows are new with mosquito netting and shutters on every window and the French doors (which when open allow light throughout the house). All bathrooms are new with quality showers, fresh white tiles and storage. The lounge is also perfectly equipped, with a good sized comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and there is plenty of gadgets to play with (coffee machine, dishwasher etc).
Its location is ideal. Conil is a hidden gem of Andalucia’s stunning Costa de la Luz. It’s the most beautiful small white fishing village with six main beaches each with fine white sand, leading to clean and transparent waters. The village has been given a Q flag for quality beaches which are left pristine by 10am every morning. It has historic charm and the old town is comprised of narrow twisting streets, boutiques and shops. Conil is located in the heart of the Coast and there are plenty of long stretches of empty beach, unspoilt beach coves, untouched cliff top walks, surf spots, protected forest land, historic landmarks and boutiques to explore.
Cadiz is approximately 20 minutes drive away, Tarifa (Bolonia beach) 40 minutes and Vejer de la Frontera 15 minutes. The nearest airport is Jerez (XRY) which is approximately 40 minutes drive away. Airports Seville (SVQ) and Gibraltar (GIB) are about 100 minutes away, while Malaga 150 minutes drive. From Tarifa you can make a day’s trip to Morroco, watch the whales and dolphins or go for a surf. The local fish market which sells fresh fruit, veg and meats is 2 minutes walk, although so is the supermarket. There are plenty of activities nearby including horse riding, go-karting, aqua park, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, hiking, bike riding, wakeboarding and water skiing.

There is a communal swimming pool less than 5 minutes walk and the village’s famous flamenco bar with live performances is just around the corner. With local tapas bars on your door step, an internet cafe; around the corner and fresh bread made a few doors down.
All linen and towels will be provided and cleaning materials left should you need them. We just ask that if anything is broken you kindly make a note of it so that we may replace it.
