Fantastic 5 bedroom family villa rental just a short stroll from the beach. The self catering villa is well furnished and has all you need, to enjoy a great holiday in the sun. The private pool is at the back on the villa and it is surrounded by 4 lounge areas where you can relax. There is also a pool bar and an outside toilet. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa area with flat screen TV with Sky satellite, DVD, CD player and a dining area. The modern kitchen is well equipped. There is also an office area with wifi internet connection. The villa has 5 bedrooms. 4 are on the 1st floor and 1 is on the ground floor. There are 4 double beds and 3 single beds in total. 3 bedrooms are en suite and two of these have Jacuzzi baths. On the first floor there is a large terrace where access can be gained from three of the bedrooms. The villa also has a safe, alarm system and private off street parking.

LOCATION
The villa is situated in the luxury urbanization of El Presidente where you have a choice of 5 communal pools (1 heated) or the private pool of the villa. The 5 pools are situated in between the beautiful communal gardens and fountains. If you prefer the sea it only takes 5 min to walk to the quiet beach where you will also find a small beach bar/restaurant (chiringuito). El Presidente is located between Estepona and Puerto Banus (Marbella). There are very good local amenities including well stocked supermarkets, friendly bars, banks and sports facilities.

The nearest towns are San Pedro and Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. It is a ′true slice′ of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza (San Pedro) or Plaza de las flores (Estepona) dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.

Anmerkungen
If pool heating is required during the low season there is an additional charge of €200 per week.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the villa. The other 75% is due in 8 weeks before arrival to the villa. The minimum stay in the villa is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

We take a security deposit of €600 in cash on arrival to the house, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the house. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the house. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the house. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen, beach & bath towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available at a cost of €20 per week per item. Mid term cleans (a light clean and a change of bed linen and towels) are available at a cost of €150.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
