This "Holiday accommodation Nerja" is situated in a quiet location only a 5 minute walk from the nearest sandy beach. Local bars and restaurants nearby. "Nerja town" is only a 25 minute stroll along the beach with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) conveniently situated along the way. This "Vacation Villa" has large elevated terraced areas south facing. Brand new fitted kitchen with granite worktops, integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Large lounge/diner with LCD TV including freeview channels with high quality furnishings. 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite, fitted wardrobes and balcony with stairs up to sun terrace. Large Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Private pull in drive with electric security gates. Air conditioning is fitted with the provision of cold/warm heating on a meter basis. The owners use the villa for their own private use, therefore the fittings are of a high standard and quality.

Kitchen: Brand new fitted kitchen with granite worktops. Built in electric oven and hob. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Breakfast bar also made out of granite with stools around. Good quality crockery/utensils. Glazed unit with light inside.

Utility Room: Lobby area at base of stairs which is a useful storage area. There are washing lines/airer to the rear of the property for the convenience of guests.

Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room, furnished to a very high standard with cream leather sofas, dining table with 6 cream leather chairs. 2 sets of patio doors leading out onto the terrace and pool areas. LCD wall mounted TV with freeview channels. DVD & Video.

Other: Roof terrace offering stunning panoramic sea and mountain views.
Pull in drive with secure electric gates.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels(including beach towels) and linen are provided and the property will be cleaned prior to arrival. If guests are staying for longer than a week and require a linen change, an extra charge will be made (arrangements to be made at time of booking).

Nerja: has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja enjoys as the norm, a wonderful sunny climate for most of the year, with high average winter temperatures of up to the low to mid 20’s, and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing in the mountains on the magnificent Sierra. Accessibility:
The living accommodation is elevated and there are a flight of steps to the villa. Although the main living area and patios are on one level, the bedrooms are upstairs.

Outside:
The villa has its own private swimming pool which is maintained on a weekly basis. There are large elevated private terraced areas and BBQ offering a perfect family holiday. These terraces are large and spacious providing private areas to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Only a very short walk to the nearest beach. A relaxing 25 minute stroll along the beach (or road) will take you into Nerja town. There are a selection of bars along the beach, making the walk even more enjoyable. Local bars/restaurants are within a short 5/10 minute walk from the villa and recommendations and directions have been left in the villa for the convenience of guests.

Coast/Beach:
The villa is within 5 minute walk of the nearest beach El Playazo. There are plenty of beaches to choose from nearby and are usually supervised during the summer months by life guards.

Golf:
Golf is available at the nearby town of Velez Malaga Baviera Golf which is approximately 20 minute drive away.

Skiing:
The Sierra Nevada offers excellent facilities and can easily be accessed by car in approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

Travel:
Nerja is approximately a 45 minute car drive from Malaga airport. One and half hours from Granada. Taxis and Buses are available from Malaga airport. Car hire is also available from Malaga airport. Taxis to and from the complex of Punta Lara into Nerja are readily available.

Distances:
A leisurely stroll into Nerja takes approximately 25/30 minutes along the beach or approximately 5 minutes by car. There are local buses available from the Hotel Marinas, just alongisde the beach and a 5 minute walk from the house.

Further details:
The villa is 5 mins by car to Nerja a Spanish town that is full of charm. The town has a multitude of narrow winding pedestrianised streets that lead down to the plaza area at the Balcon. Nerja offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightlife and several picturesque beaches. Nearby attractions include the world renowned Nerja caves and the beautiful whitewashed mountain village of Frigliana. Malaga is 45 mins by car to the west and the vibrant city of Granada to the east and north with its Alhambra Palace and the dramatic Sierra Nevada mountain range where good skiing can be found. Activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, water sports and water parks can also be found in the vicinity.

About 20 minutes drive away is an Aqua Park open during summer months and several golf courses. Nerja and other surrounding villages have many fiestas during the year, most culminating in a colourful display of flamenco dancing in the street or one of the old village squares.

Local leisure
small shops, restaurants, pubs, tapas bars, discos, café, internet café, theatre, cinema, water park, church, park, market, concerts. The Discos and bars for the younger (or older) night owls are all situated in one very convenient spot in town, called Tutti Frutti Square. Perfectly situated, as this ensures that the remainder of town retains it’s peace and tranquility, and it is lovely to enjoy a late night stroll in the wonderful balmy climate. Beautiful white taxis are available directly outside Tutti Frutti Square until the very early hours of the morning, and will cost just 7 Euros for up to 4 people, back to Punta Lara.
