Location
Located in Catarroja about 7km to the south of the centre of the vibrant and exciting city of Valencia and within easy reach of the airport by car or by public transport.

This flat makes an ideal base for those wanting comfortable yet highly ecconomical accomodation whilst they explore the city or the surounding country and mountain areas.

The flat is conveninently located close to the cheap and frequent public transport routes direct into the heart of Valencia city and beyond with the nearest bus stop just 3 minutes walk away and a railway station just 15 minutes walk away. The train journey time is 8 mins to the heart of the city.

The accommodation is very close to a wide range of shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants, and an internet cafe. The local 24 hour health centre is only 3 or 4 minutes walk away. If you have a car you can even access the tram and metro system by using "park and ride" - the nearest park & ride being just over 3 km away from the flat.

Its location makes it within easy reach of all the main Valencia attractions which include the brand new Bioparc Zoo, the fantastic Oceanographic sea life centre, the Opera House, the many theartres, museums and so much more all which are readily and easliy accessable. Now with the new AVE high speed train even the capital of Madrid is only 95 minutes away.

The world famous International El Saler golf course and the Albufera National Park with its beautiful lake are just between 15 and 20 minutes away by car. Also just a few minutes drive from the flat are the main motorway systems to the South, the North and inland to the West making travel, access and exploration very easy in all directions.

Why not also visit the historic town of Requena with its underground caves. Travelling there by train is very cheap and the ride through the mountains is an experience in itself. There is so much of interest in and around Valencia you certainly will never be lost for something interesting to do.


The Flat
Idealy suited for one or two people although it can sleep four if required by using the sofa bed located in the sitting room area. The appartment is located on the third floor of an early 1990s block of flats and overlooks a small wooded square which is a focal point of the town. We will not try and say this flat is ultra modern or has all the very latest furniture and gizmos but it is cosy and well equipped and we hope has everything you will need for your stay.

There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge. The bedroom is fitted with an electric radiator and there is an electric heater provided in the lounge in the colder months. As the flat is within a residential block, respect will need to be maintaned at all times for our neighbours which makes this accommodation highly suitable for those wanting peace and quiet but unsuitable for those wanting a noisy or party type of holiday. NB - incidents of nuicence or noise are usually attended by the local armed police!

The flat is also available on a daily basis from approx 40€ (£35) per night (for two people and minimum of 2 nights). Single nights may be available on application. Please apply for a quote.

Rental periods of two weeks or more will normally qualify for a price discount.
