Villa Montroc is a unique family owned 4 acres estate, surrounded by woodlands, nestling in the scented pine and oak trees hills, located at Castell-Platja d’Aro, Costa Brava (Spain). There is a 5 bedrooms villa, a very large swimming pool of 128m2 and water volume of 260m3 (8m x 16m) and 2.6m deep, with a teak springboard, a very large pool area and a large play ground on lawn with ping-pong table and swing. It is the largest private swimming pool in Spain. The villa is rustic but well equipped.

The villa has 2 floors, a kitchen a very large lounge area, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets cabinets, two outdoors installed eating places (south for breakfast and north for lunch). It has a single car garage and a perfect cellar.

Its 6-car parking area is located in front the garage.

There is one phone line with 4 extensions and broadband by ADSL with a 4 lines router and WIFI. Satellite television is available on request. A professional gardener takes care daily of the pool and weekly of the property. A part time maid is available, to be paid directly by the tenant interested. A representative of the owner is on hand and close.

Villa Montroc is the perfect spot for a family loving nature, calm and privacy, in a sunny climate.

The closest holiday resort (urbanization Vilar d’Aro) is at 200 meters. Villa Montroc is at 5 minutes drive from one of many beaches and shops and restaurants. There are 8 golf courses in the area, two only 10 minutes away! This is an excellent base to explore Roman Catalonia, its ancient cities, Gerona with it roman cathedral, Figueras with is Dali museum), its churches and the Pyrenees.

The estate is easily accessible, only 25 minutes from Gerona airport and 90 from Barcelona airport centre for many international and Low-cost airlines. A car is a necessity. There is a helicopter airport nearby for tourism and emergency.

Anmerkungen
Villa Montroc is a very large estate rented monthly from 28 July to 26 August 2012.
The villa and the estate must be left in perfect order, clean, all china and glass clean and put away, bed sheets, pillow covers and kitchen clothes, beach and bath towels washed, pressed and clean. The swimming pool area equipment must also be put away. If restoring the initial order found by the tenant when he or she came in, is left to the owner, a final cleaning expense covering cleaning, laundry, villa and estate put away, will be charged up to 500 EUR and retained from the damage, breakage & cleaning deposit of 1500 EUR.

Rent pricing includes the salary of the professional gardener, taking care daily of the swimming pool and weekly of the estate.
Bed sheets, pillow covers, kitchen clothes, beach and bath towels are included in the price. Are also included electricity and water consumption, one gas cylinder with a reserve cylinder full.
