On a mountaintop dominating the countryside is situated Nuevespigas where you will find the best place to rest comfortably and enjoy nature. Nuevespigas is an exclusive country villa with character and a special charm for those travelers, families or professionals, looking for a special place for reunions.

Built in two levels, Nuevespigas has a a very comfortable and airy interior. All the rooms are laid out lineally providing excellent views. Nuevespigas has a dining room, terrace, TV room with TDT and a comfortable sitting room. The 9 bedrooms are each decorated in different styles making them unique in order to offer not only comfort but an unforgettable stay. All of the rooms provide a full luxury bath with accessories such as a magnifying mirror and hair dryer. They also offer individualized air conditioning and heating, terrace or balcony with spectacular views.
Ample and carefully tended gardens surround the hotel.
The villa has an inviting pool - open from June 15 to September 15 - within these gardens at the foot of the threshing floor.
There are a variety of good restaurants in the vicinity, serving authentic local cuisine and where you will find yourself one more fellow diner amongst the villagers.

How to reach Nuevespigas. Coming from Malaga Airport you must get the N - 340 direction Malaga. After 5 minutes you shall take E - 15 / A - 7.. Motril / Almeria to your right. After 5/7 km you should read the A - 357 sign on your right indicating Cartama/ Universidad get onto this road. After about 15 minutes on the A - 357 you will find a sign on your right indicating Casarabonela, Alozaina, Zalea, Yunquera. Turn left onto the A - 354 road and after 10 minutes turn right towards Casarabonela ( A - 7275 ). Before actually going into the village and after the Peugot Garage you will find on your right a sing for Nuevespigas, turn right here and continue straight ahead following the curves of the lane towards the left.
When you have left the houses behind and the lane is in the open you will see La Era at the top of the mountain in fronf of you. At the first main crossroad turn left onto the tarmac and continue up to the next crossroad with a small chapel on your right and a big white building on your left, here turn left onto the dirt road and turn left onto the second entrance - sign of the tree of La Era - .
You will have two " steep cilmbs" wich can be easily salvage by turning of the air conditioning , putting the car in first gear and stepping on the gas.

PRICES ARE FOR A 14 GROUP PARTY - Seven bedrooms.
FOR 15 TO 20 PEOPLE PARTY, prices as follow:

Low season: 2.450,00 €
Mid season: 3.150,00 €
High season: 3.500,00 €
Peak season: 4.000,00 € (plus Christmas & Easter)

Included maid service on weekly basis: Once a week.
On weekend and midweek maid will be provided if required by client. Cost of 10,00 € per hour.
Supermarket shopping before arrival available if required.

Changeover day: Flexible. Entrance after 5:00 pm & departure before 10:00 am.
Weekends: entrance: Friday after 4:00 pm & departure: Sundays before 10:00 am.

500,00 € in cash is required at the entrance as a Security deposit.(700,00€ if with 4 or more children). The S. deposit shall be returned within two weeks of departure by a bank transfer

The cost of the air conditioning and central heating & dryer will be charge additionally.

- Booking: A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm a booking. Two months before arrival another 30% shall be transferred. The remainder amount (40%) will be paid in cash at arrival at the villa.

- The amounts shall be paid by Banking transference.

- Cancellation policy: For cancellations of more than two months in advance there will a charge of 30%. For cancellation within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rental is due.
