Ideally located in blissfully tranquil surroundings on a private road, the villa enjoys stunning views over an olive grove and a mountain to the rear.

It is completely detached and is surrounded by a large private garden. It enjoys excellent privacy and quiet.

This family home is elegantly furnished and has French windows opening out onto large terrace with a covered dining area for six and outside barbecue. There is a large, well-tended garden and private pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing room, as well as a private roof terrace. The two other bedrooms contain twin beds and are situated on either side of the downstairs bathroom.

Satellite TV with basic SKY channels is provided.

The villa is within 2 minutes walk of the 8 tennis courts of the world-famous Lew Hoad Tennis club. Paddle tennis is also offered. The club welcomes non-members and has a bar and restaurant, as well as other sporting and beauty facilities.

There are 3 golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive, and dozens more within half an hour´s drive.

The villa is ideally situated for restaurants and bars in Mijas and Fuengirola, and also a water park, Tivoli World amusement park, an award-winning zoo and beaches.

Although not essential, we strongly recommend hiring a car.

Buses run half-hourly to the nearby towns of Mijas and Fuengirola and taxis can be ordered easily.

Our house manager lives on the same development and will be available to assist you during your stay.

There are several large supermarkets within 10 minutes drive and full directions will be provided.

For winter stays, there are two log fireplaces and oil-heaters in the bedrooms. Logs can be supplied at cost-price.
