This new apartment is equipped for all your daily comforts, relax and enjoy the tranquility of the lovely surrounds for all the family. Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with balconies to the rear, shower room with wc, sink unit with mirror over. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge with all your entertainment needs, that leads to the lovely views across the fairways of the fantastic challenging golf course and the communal pool.

The resort offers within the newly developed Hacendia, bar and restaraunt, Golfing shop, and supermarket, also take a walk in the gardens.

There are several play areas for the children, and if you feel like exercising there is an outside gym, tennis courts, paddle courts and outside sports area or take a bike ride in the fabulous hillside country park area,outside the resort.

Take a trip to Sucina town, small but plenty with several bars, chemist tobbacconist, and variety of small shops this is a five minute drive or 15min approx by bike.

Murcia is less than 25 minute drive with all ancient buildings, waterpark (seasonal), wild life park and lots and lots of cafes and shops.

The beaches on the mar menor are great, nearest is 15 minutes away, with watersports and ferry crossing the mar menor to the la manga stip, to enjoy the mediterean.
