You may be considering a flight to Costa del Sol, Andalucia (Malaga, Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville Airports) to rent a 1 bed 2 bed or 3 bed holiday vacation apartment flat condo rental holiday rent self catering let with great sea views in Marbella or Puerto Banus, but have you ever considered the slightly quieter; less touristy charming, quaint seaside town of ESTEPONA, just 20 mins away for a holiday rental?

We scoured the coast from Nerja to Tarifa searching for a town/area where we would feel comfortable living. Ideally very Spanish, good weather, shops & eateries and no Union Jacks & Fish & Chips. Estepona was ideal and we have lived here happily for 10 years. We feel very confident that you will be more than happy spending your holiday in this lovely, not particularly well known location.

We have 1 & 2 bedroom holiday apartments in Estepona and perhaps the finest & cleanest Estepona holiday rental properties available including two 2 bedroom flats with beautiful sea views & lots of private terraces.
Villa Tranquilla is a magnificent house which was the subject of extensive restoration and conversion to provide 4 luxury apartments (one of which we/the owners occupy) and all with Sea Views. Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac providing 1x1 bed and 2x2 bed apartments. This advert relates particularly to the smaller 2 bed "Fountain Apartment"

All bedrooms have their own bath/shower room. Each apartment has own Terrace and gas barbeque and is always presented in pristine condition. (Everything is so spotless, we even have a white Dalmatian!!!)


1 bedroom holiday flat apartment in Estepona THE POOL APARTMENT. This spacious 1 bedroomed apartment has views over the garden and pool to the sea. Living/dining room with large open kitchen area including oven with gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven. Facility for 1 or 2 single sofa-beds. Direct access to terrace. 2 bedroom holiday apartment flat in Estepona THE FOUNTAIN APARTMENT.  A delightful corner apartment south & west facing with terrific sea view. Main bedroom with two single beds that can be zipped to King size. Fitted wardrobes and shower-room en suite. Second smaller bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe & shower room opposite. Both have direct access to large private terrace. Living/dining room with open plan kitchen area including same facilities as Pool apt. Large "L" shaped private Terrace with spanish fountain. Very large 2 bedroom holiday apartment flat in Estepona
THE PALM TERRACE APARTMENT.  The largest unit (125 sq mtrs) in the villa comprises a wonderful master bedroom (18ft x 16ft) with queen-size bed and direct access to private terrace with sea view; dressing area and huge bath/shower room en suite; second suite comprising bedroom with twin/King size bed & shower room en suite; living /dining room with fitted kitchen off and direct access to large Patio with sea & garden views. This is a really special holiday home. Weekly rental from £535 approx.

3 bedroom holiday apartment flat in Estepona THE POOL & FOUNTAIN APARTMENTS. If you are seeking accommodation for 6 - 8 people in comfort, the above can be rented. A connecting door can be opened to provide three twin bedded rooms, 3 shower/wcs etc. This is perfect for a small family & older relatives, i.e. grandparents.Weekly rental from £825 approx.

THE POOL/FOUNTAIN/PALM TERRACE APARTMENTS.  This combination can sleep 10 - 12 people in comfort. Booking well in advance is essential. We also have a one-bedroomed apartment in the Port (See id 368) that can sleep 3 more guests if required!!Ideal for 3 families or large family group. Fortnightly rental from £2720 approx.(2 weeks minimum)

The Villa is set in a half acre plot with some fruit trees, cacti and flowers, swimming pool (HEATED Oct - Apr) extra charge of 60e/week/apt., table tennis, peaceful Viewing Area, free parking, Freeview style satellite T.V. (as well as German / French / Spanish channels) with free use of VHS, DVD, book and C.D. libraries, communal washing machine. Estepona and Valle Romano golf courses are closeby. There are about 12 more within a 20 minute drive.

We came to Spain in 2001 with one business plan.
We had rented a lot of holiday homes over the years and were always disappointed. The standard of cleanliness, poor quality furnishings & equipment, a lack of information etc. We were determined to be the exception to the rule.
10 years and loads of repeat clients later and we feel we are heading in the right direction.
In a few years we will be retiring and will hopefully pass on our experience and properties to new, younger, caring people
