These are full bathrooms,with full length mirrors in both. Walls,floors and hand basin surrounds are of polished gray marble,and both bathrooms are very spacious and can be washed out in minutes. Both have windows and are very bright and airy.
BEDROOMS:
2 bedrooms ,sleeps maximum of 5 people BEDROOM 1 - Double Bed. BEDROOM 2- 2 Single Beds.
The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There are double windows in the master bedroom together with ample wardrobe space and sliding doors out on to a sunny veranda.BEDROOM 2: There are twin beds in the downstairs bedroom which can be combined to make a queen size bed.There is a digital safety box in the twin bedroom. The top floor leads on to a large sunny rooftop terrace/solarium which is ideal for sunbathing all day long.There are various sun beds up there and its privacy makes it is a very relaxing part of the apartment. There is also a large terrace off the dining room downstairs which is ideal for breakfast and outdoor dining. The apartment is not accessable to wheelchairs. Views from both terraces are really lovely including gardens and mountains etc.A new"Marcadona"supermarket was open just around the corner. It is very convenient for full shopping and for last minute items and prices there are very reasonable. The nearest Golf course is at"La Dama de Noche"which is just a short stroll across the complex to the Clubhouse. It is a 9 hole course and the fees are reasonable. There is a Golf Academy just around the corner and we also have a pub and restaurant which serves food in the middle of the complex, after which you can walk into Puerto Banus for night time entertainment.There is also nightly entertainment in the pub during high season and on special nights off season.There is a facility(special alcove)here for the internet. The tennis courts are also alongside and you can book games and Tuition at the Clubhouse.There are about 8/10 swimming pools dotted throughout the complex all of the highest standard.A new cafe serving breakfasts,lunches,drinks etc has opened just beside the Marcadona in the complex. This is very convenient for meeting friends for coffee and snacks.
