Parques Casablanca is a beautiful apartment/hotel complex in hills near La Fustera Cove between Moraira and Calpe encompassing both the freedom of an apartment holiday and the advantages of a luxury hotel just as you choose. These two 3rd floor apartments (we would say 2nd floor in UK) sit atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools, down to the sea and the Rock Ifach at Calpe, with gentle green hillsides behind. There is a relaxing Pool Bar/Restaurant (seasonal) offering a variety of breakfasts, lunches and more substantial meals. They will even deliver a continental breakfast to your apartment between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. to add that extra touch of luxury.

On the complex is a Health Spa which has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, spa bath, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Spa treatments offered include facials, massages, body wraps, spray tanning, manicures and pedicures - treat yourself!


Each apartment is fully equipped for 6 people (with use of sofa bed) and in each the large living space is complemented by an elegant yet business like kitchen, luxury shower room with twin basins and double sized shower, and a very large terrace which serves as an extra outdoor room, and is furnished with additional dining table & chairs plus recliners. The apartments are smartly (and identically) furnished, but comfort is our priority . . . after all - you’re on holiday!

THE PARQUES CASABLANCA COMPLEX
Security, modern technology and easy access to all areas feature highly here, along with such facilities as a manned Reception (24-hr assistance), relaxing shady Pool Bar (seasonal) for snacks and light bites and secure underground parking with lift to upper levels.

There is a central elegant, classically Spanish-style villa which houses the luxurious but very affordable restaurant offering a choice of indoor or al fresco dining at lunch and dinner times.

Although these are 3rd floor penthouse style apartments, the whole complex is wheelchair friendly with lifts, spacious walkways and wide openings. There are no keys - a swipe card grants entry to each apartment with a wave of the hand. Lights come on magically in front of you and turn themselves off again behind you. Hi-tech, yes but with a friendly feel and ease of use.

The complex is in a delightful setting above Fustera Cove, and great attention has been given to providing daytime comforts and evening magic. The pools are a special feature, and the youngest children have their own shallow paddling pool. The curved lines of this little lagoon form a centrepiece for the upper terrace. Hotel or independent apartment? Can't decide? Perhaps we have the answer.

THE APARTMENTS
The Apartments are furnished along modern, clean lines, and we hope we have provided everything you will need . . and a little more. The living area is larger than in many apartments and leads onto the wide, open terrace which is furnished for both outdoor dining and just lounging on recliners in the sunshine. Our inside dining tables each provide seating for 6 when extended, and the apartments have been fully equipped for this number of guests if required. Our sofa beds have been carefully chosen for both comfort and ease of operation, and there is somewhere to store bedlinen during the day. The bedrooms are of comfortable (almost equal) size, and provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master Bedroom opens onto the Terrace, and is next door to the creamy marble-tiled Shower Room with twin basins and over-sized shower. Bedroom 2 can be twin or double. The Kitchen has a dishwasher and has been meticulously equipped.

BEACHES & TOWNS
The small cove of La Fustera is walkable, or a couple of minutes by car with easy parking. Just 10 - 15 mins along the Coast Road brings you to either Moraira or Calpe, each with its own style. The youngsters in your party might enjoy the buzz of Calpe, but others may be seduced by the authentic Spanish charms of Moraira with its still bustling fish market. Known as the Millionaires Playground, Moraira oozes style and character, and the evening promenade from Beach to Plaza to Marina (always filled with dazzling boats) shouldn't be missed. There are restaurants to suit everyone and, in daytime, a choice of two good-sized, well-kept beaches, with all the facilities you would hope for. From Moraira it is only another 15 minutes drive to Javea (similar in character, but bigger, so there's more to watch) or 20 minutes would take you into the Jalon Valley with its spectacular mountain scenery . . and Bodegas for tasting the local wine. Of course you may also like to visit Benidorm's Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia . . or just stay at sandy Fustera Cove with its beach bars

Bedrooms - The Master Bedroom, with large mirrored wardrobe opens onto a wide terrace - perfect for breakfast. Bedroom 2 has a spacious mirrored wardrobe with luxury fittings too . . and the Twin Beds link together to form a Large Double Bed if required. The sofabed is in the Living Area and easily becomes an additional double bed. Storage is provided to keep bedding hidden away during the day, and guests who use this extra bed will find there is an extra chest of drawers for them too.
W/machine and other laundry equipment in small ante-room away from kitchen/living area.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, All prices include departure cleaning, linen and towels (except beach towels). A security deposit of £150.00 will be requested, but this is returned as quickly as possible after your holiday if all is well.

Secure underground parking is available with lifts to all levels.
