Villa Alta Vista commands stunning panoramic views of the orange groves of the coastal plain, the brilliant blue of the Mediterranean and northward, beyond the mountains, toward Valencia ! Located on the hillside above the La Sella residential development and golf course, the villa is just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops of Javea and Denia. Alta Vista is on 2 levels, approached by a rising driveway, with the upper floor having a beautiful, well furnished open plan lounge, (with TV for DVD/CD player), and dining room, (with lovely light wood dining suite). The rooms have wood beamed ceilings, and as with every room in the villa, enjoy the amazing views. All windows are double glazed, have security grilles and/or roll down persianas, (shutters). Fabulous, (just re-painted exterior) Villa Alta Vista is a property that certainly lends itself to a spectacular holiday experience.
On the larger upper terrace, with easy access to the kitchen, is the Barbeque/summer kitchen, outside dining table and chairs which could be in the open or under the covered terrace that looks down to the pool. There are steps down to this terrace and it's sun loungers. A large retractable awning provides shade over the main section of this terrace. Into the sparkling 8x4m pool via wide Roman Steps that also allow the opportunity to sit and laze in the cooling water while surveying all that lies beyond and beneath the ballustraded edge of the pool.
Indoors A marble top breakfast bar separates the dining room from the excellent, modern kitchen and utility area. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven are included in this attractive airy room. A natural Tosca stone archway leads to the double bedded master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. Just along the hallway toward the front door, (with alarm), is a guest wc with wash basin . Interior stairs lead down to the 2 twin bedrooms and another with a single bed with a pull - out, beneath. Each bedroom, has built in wardrobes and sliding patio doors straight out onto the pool terrace. A light and bright bathroom, that includes a large attractive corner bath, is shared by these bedrooms.
