Set in the peace and tranquility of the Andalucian countryside, surrounded by olive and almond groves, Los Establos has the most stunning views across the valley. Located only a few minutes drive from the village of Colmenar, the detached property is located 200 metres down a private drive, which eventually leads down to an old Andalucian farmhouse, but totally seperate. Newly built, it is decorated in typical Andalucian style, but with all modern day comforts. The cottage has its own private oval shaped pool, gardens, barbacue and shaded seating area for eating "al-fresco".
The interior of the cottage is bright and airy and has a lovely fitted kitchen with dining area. From here, french doors lead out onto the patios, BBQ, and outside dining area. The lounge has comforable seating, sat tv, dvd, internet connection if required, music centre and wood burning stove. The master bedroom has french doors leading out to the pool area and spectacular views. There is also a brightly decorated twin bedroom and seperate, full bathroom. A selecion of books, games and dvd's are available but please feel free to bring your own. This lovely cottage is extremely spacious and provides exceptional comfort for a relaxing and stress free holiday. The village of Colmenar has a good selection of tapas bars, restaurants, bank, chemist, supermarkets and has a bustling weekly market. Malaga, the airport and beaches/golf courses are approx half an hours drive. Los Establos is an ideal base for day trips to historic Granada , cosmopolitan Marbella, Malaga and its spectacular cathederal, Nerja and the extensive selection of beaches and golf courses along the coast. Locally there is plenty of sight seeing to do, as we are close to the Torcal National Park , the Montes de Malaga and the inland lakes. Also a great area for walks, cycling, horse riding etc. An ideal haven for rest and relaxation,or exploring and fun days out for families, friends and couples alike .

Prices are based on a weeks rental. We request a 30% non refundable deposit to book the property with the outstanding balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Location, directions, special requests and receipts are then sent to you. Change over day is Saturday during peak season, but we are flexible out of season,please ask. Arrivals are after 5 pm and departures before 10 am unless otherwise arranged with ourselves. The property is cleaned to a high standard prior to guests arrival and we maintain the pools and gardens on a regular basis ourselves although discretion is always paramount. Long term rentals can be arranged at vastly reduced prices out of season from £550 pm, please ask. PAYMENT CAN ALSO BE MADE IN EUROS, PLEASE ASK. Security/breakage deposit required on arrival, no cheques. Internet 15e , cot hire free of charge.
Charge for elec/firewood for winter bookings only.
