Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom modern cortijo style house with private pool and central courtyard. Ideally situated for all the coast amenities. The villa is in one of the most prestigious urbanisations on Mijas Costa with fantastic hilltop views both front and back.

Large 70 m2 L-shaped sitting/dining room elegantly furnished with antique furniture and paintings. The 42 plasma TV has Sky reception and is connected to a dolby surround system with radio and CD facility. The room has both air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with antiques but modern comfortable mattress. The main bedroom has air conditioning the other ceiling fans.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and a guest toilet with sink. All towels and linen are included with the exception of beach towels. The maid service is once per week and a welcome food pack is included.

The mature garden has a wide variety of trees and plant that complements the setting. At night time the garden lights give a tranquil and romantic feeling with wonderful views towards the sea and golf course. The swimming pool 10x5m has lighting and during summer maintains a very comfortable temperature.

Mijas golf is only 10 min by car. Other courses within 15min are - Torrequebrada, Riviera, Parador de golf, Alhaurin, Calahonda.

In the Sierra Nevada from December onwards there is a very good skiing resort. With it being so high and south it very rarely gets exceptionally cold. It is about 90min drive from the house.

Within a 2 hour drive you have some of the most important historic monuments in Europe, the mosque of Cordoba and the Alhambra of Granada.
