Hilltop villa and apartment situated between the medieval town of Pals and Pals beach with breathtaking views west across rolling hills and the Pyrenees mountains. The accommodation consists of two units, a three bedroom villa with very large balcony, hot tub and log fire and a two bedroom apartment underneath with a large terrace.

Both units can be rented together to give a total accommodation for 10/12 adults.

The villa has a large wood burning fire and outside hot tub, ideal for winter breaks in the sun. The area is completely surrounded by woodland with many trails and paths leading to local towns and villages and also to a variety of beaches. It is an ideal location for gentle walking through the forest and a two hour drive would take you to the heart of the Pyrenees for more adventurous climbing.

There are three golf courses nearby, Golf Platja de Pals is an exceptional 18 hole gem, running parallel to the beach. The main beach is only 5 minutes drive away or a simple 45 minute walk through the woods, with many other beaches along the headlands.

The marina town of LEstartit with sailing and scuba diving facilities is approx 30 minutes drive away.

It is also a great central location for art and history lovers with Barcelona only two hours away, Girona a 45 minute drive and Salvador Dalis home town of Figueres approx 45 minutes drive away.

Anmerkungen
Prices are for VILLA and APARTEMENT, please ask for pricing details regarding the apartment only or villa only for smaller groups.

Booking notes: £100 deposit, per property, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. In addition, a separate £200 security deposit per property is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Short breaks (3-4 nights) are welcome, we can rent the villa only from just £80 a night (£70 a night for the apartment) plus a standard cleaning fee. Christmas and New Year weeks at the villa are £550.

Changeover day: check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10am on the day of departure.

An additional charge of £50 per week is required to heat the hot tub. At the the moment the hot tub is unavailable during the summer months. All villa bookings are subject to a £75 arrival/departure cleaning fee. All apartment bookings are subject to a £65 arrival/departure cleaning fee. Both properties booked together are subject to a £100 arrival/departure cleaning fee.

All bookings made from outside the UK will be subject to a £15 transfer fee.

Accessibility: with living accommodation set on one level accessible via 15-20 steps from the main road. This property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair.
