The spacious living room has a three seater and a two seater couch, plus an arm chair. There is satellite TV and a DVD player.

The dining area has a table and four chairs. Patio doors open onto the large veranda overlooking the pool and garden.

The kitchen is enclosed from the living room and looks out to the garden and swimming pool; it is fully fitted and contains an electric hob, oven grill, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

The bathroom consists of a bath / shower, toilet, hand basin and electric power point.

The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe; the second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobe.

The large veranda (9m x 3m) provides much needed shade from the sun throughout the day, and looks out over the pool and garden.

There is a pump house adjacent to the pool, in which there is a washing machine.

Within the garden there is a private swimming pool (8m x 4m). PLEASE NOTE: CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

The Owners do not accept liability for any resulting accidents, which may occur.

Notas adicionais
1. Rentals in excess of three weeks will be given a 10% discount.
2. A security deposit of £50 is required in addition to the rental price, this is fully refundable once we receive verification that there are no breakages or damage to the property. Guests are required to provide us with a full postal address to enable us to refund the security deposit.
3. 30% deposit is required at time of booking; the balance is payable six weeks before your arrival (if you book with six weeks notice or less, the full amount will be payable).
4. All payments are to be made in £ (Sterling).
5. Guests are requested to provide their estimated arrival time, to enable us to organise their access to the property. This information is required on payment of the final balance.
6. Due to the high mineral content within the local water, we would advise that you drink and cook with bottled or container water.
7. You are free to use the washing machine, however we will not be held liable for any resultant damage that may occur.
8. Generally the property will be available for occupancy from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
9. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
10. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD GUESTS INTERFERE WITH OR TRY TO USE THE POOL PUMP OR POOL VACUUMING EQUIPMENT.
11. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD GUESTS INTERFERE WITH THE HOT WATER BOILER.
