You are looking at our beautiful, relatively newly built ground floor apartment with two shared pools and sculpted garden, a private terrace and front garden, complete with lemon tree! Ten minutes from a local supermarket, 1 kilometre from the beach and ten minutes from Torrevieja. Set in a tranquil, peaceful location in Urbanización los Altos, approximately thirty minutes drive from Alicante airport, or twenty minutes from Murcia airport (we can pick you up from either airport if you would like). There is also a local bus service.
The apartment features a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed and gas heater (for those cooler winter nights); a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility complete with washing machine. For entertainment, you have a DVD player, T.V. and CD Player/Radio. You are also welcome to use our selection of board games and playing cards.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. The second (twin) bedroom overlooks the terrace, and has a built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans installed for hotter days and nights. The spacious bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
The garden, which has some plants and tubs to give it a cosy, home from home feeling, also comes with a parasol, table and four cushioned chairs for al fresco dining. There are two deck chairs, which can be used in the garden, by the pool or for additional seating. We supply a full set of linen and indoor towels, but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels. For your safety and security there is an alarm system. There is ample parking around the apartment, and even a designated garage parking space should you prefer.
There are 4 championship golf courses within a short drive of the apartment; Villamartin, Campamour, Las Ramblas and La Finca, plus the golf and sports complex of La Manga, which is less than an hour away

Around and about there are countless beautiful beaches, stunning mountains and countryside to explore. There are 16kms of Blue Flag beaches along Orihuela Costa within easy reach of the property. The bustling town of Torrevieja is just 10 minutes away and the historic town of Orihuela 15 minutes. The local beach is 1 km away should you tire of the apartments' pool, and in the evening there is a comprehensive range of international cuisine available in the local restaurants and bars, many of which are only an easy stroll away. There is a supermarket nearby should you prefer to self-cater. If you want to explore further afield, the south coast motorway is within easy reach of the apartment.
We provide a comprehensive service including drop off to and collection from either airport (which can include a short local tour), shopping for your arrival and housekeeping services on request. Please note that these services do cost extra. Our local representatives have an in-depth knowledge of the area should you require any help choosing places, shops, or restaurants worth a visit. There is a €45 mandatory cleaning/laundering fee to be paid to our representative on arrival.
Our apartment is accessible to disabled holiday-makers but it should be noted that there is one step from the pavement and there are two steps to negotiate up to the veranda. There are also steps to the pool. Door measurements for wheelchair users can be supplied on request.
