Placed in an EXCELLENT location, this PRINCESS PARK, LUXURY PENTHOUSE APARTMENT has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and has a very large wrap around, fully furnished, south facing terrace (62sqm) with sun all day! and offers an excellent sea view.
Fully air/heat conditioned throughout with Satellite TV (many English channels), DVD player, iPod docking station & WI-FI INTERNET* access. Set on a gated complex with 4 lovely pools (+ 3 childrens pools) in beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment has its own private allocated underground parking space with a lift direct to the apartment.
The apartment is laid out on one level and with the direct lift makes it suitable for the young, elderly or infirm. There are ramps to all pool areas and the apartment block entrance.
Due to the location of the apartment, all of this Coasts MAJOR RESORTS and FAMILY ATTRACTIONS can be reached in under 15 minutes to include Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola ,Benalmedena, Mijas. Aqualand, Tivoli World, Cable cars, Marine Land, Fuengirola Zoo etc.
If you enjoy golf then you are in "GOLF HEAVEN" with the largest golfing complex in Spain 15 minutes away at La Cala Resort, around 10 further golf courses within 15 minutes and nearest golf course only 2 minutes away!
A great feature of this superb apartment which is always enthusiastically commented on by our guests, is the very large wrap around terrace which can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and the master bedroom and offers an outstanding sea view. South facing it has sun all day! a built in BBQ for al fresco cooking!, sun beds & drinks table, a large dining table, chairs and parasol and for the evening a lovely 3 piece lounge suite with matching drinks table where you can relax with a cool drink as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa!
The apartment is only 5 minutes drive from 2 wonderful beaches, 2 minutes to nearest golf course, 2 minutes to large Tennis, Squash, Gym and Sauna Club, 10 minutes to Mijas Water Park and many other great family attractions reached within 15 minutes including, Aqualand, Fuengirola Zoo, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World, Sealife Centre, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, Cable Cars and Funny Beach and the apartment is only 3 minutes from an abundant choice of bars and restaurants within the resort of Calahonda itself.
5 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurants and well stocked mini-market all of which we can recommend. A further abundance of shops/bars/restuarants reached in around a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

"We came back from your fabulous apartment on Easter Friday, and the weather was definitely on our side. What can I say about your 'pad'... its fab! It felt like a home from home the kids soon made themselves at home, and within no time we really felt relaxed. Having the underground parking was a 'god send' as well. I was amazed at what was within 5 mins drive, the beach at Cabopino is amazing, and of course the big resorts are also so close. We really enjoyed our stay, our 2 youngest children we're very upset when we had to come home, only the ash cloud could have kept us there. “Can not fault this stunning apartment. As has been said in previous reviews the terrace is definitely the highlight of the apartment and the views are amazing. The owners provide a great customer service from start to finish. If hiring a car I would recommend using the company that the owners suggest and can book for you, no credit card needed up front and I found the service good and a lot cheaper than previous companies we used. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th whilst there and on arrival found a card and a nice bottle of red wine from Sharon and Darren. Thank you both - it was a welcoming gesture.
