This is a modern apartment in Calahonda on the Costa Del sol about twenty minutes from Malaga airport and around fifty minutes from Gibraltar. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, the master is set out as a twin with large fitted wardrobes, on-suit bathroom and power shower, patio doors onto the terrace.
The second bedroom is also a twin with with a large fitted wardrobe and patio doors onto the terrace. The living/dining room is large and bright and has a large sprung double pull out sofa bed, this then allows up to six persons to sleep, but it is really only practical for young children to use the sofa bed.
There is a second bathroom with power shower, and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dish washer, cooker etc etc.Outside is a large terrace with two sun loungers as-well as table and chairs. From the terrace there are lovely sea views.
There is on street parking right out side the main door as-well as a private parking space under the building.
Calahonda is a great location it is central to all the main costa del sol areas, Malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda, marbella, Peurto banus etc, in the morning you could be on the beach and in the afternoon you could be skiing so theres something for everyone.

Bellavista Hills is a gated development of 110 apartments, constructed in 5 buildings. Each offers private garage parking and storage rooms at basement level. Other facilities include communal pools, 24 hour security, and sub tropical gardens.

The Bellavista Hills development is a unique residential area, located next to the Cabopino yachting port, the new Mijas Hippodrome and several golf courses. Both the swimming pool and terraces offer beautiful views of the sea and mountains. From here you have direct access to the Costa Del Sol motorway and main road. Shops, cafes and bars are a short walk away. For sea lovers the beach is a mere 1 km.
A small train runs up and down the hill during the summer months, which is a quick fun way to get from the top to the bottom if you haven't got a car.
