Very spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent distribution of bedrooms with the living area. So comfortable, you will feel like it is your home away from home. As our former residence, we can say that it is set up to be family friendly, from small children to older adults. Most bedrooms are tucked down the hall so those that want to sleep or have quiet can and those who want to watch television don´t disturb the others.

The location can’t be more central. Within walking distance of all the major sites like Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Retiro Park, Huertas trendy all pedestrian street, Cava Baja tapas street, Plaza Santa Ana and Sol, you hardly need to use the metro that is located right in front of building. Our flat is conveniently situated on a very lively square called Tirso de Molina (Flower Market) a lively neighborhood with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique markets that are just at your doorstep. All of your neighbors are Spanish.

Despite its very central location, our clients love the fact that it is quiet and very nice for Larger families (8-12). The entire apartment was renovated in the last year and offers a very cosy living space, including TV and DVD player and high-speed WiFi internet access. A nice library with guidebooks, novels, and dvds is provided for you to use while in the apartment.

Surface Area: 200 Square Meters (2000 sq feet); first floor, elevator. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms great for 8 people. If studio attached is rented too two sofa beds are available, accommodating up to 12 people. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two bedrooms have two singles. The kitchen is very spacious with a table that fits 4 people and lots of space to cook. The studio also has a kitchenette and an additional bathroom. Another dining room table fits 8 comfortably.
Beautiful century old hardwood floors in the living space and tiled bathroom floors. The 4 large double pane windows, two balconies and high ceilings let in lots of natural light and make the apartment feel welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable—from a coffee pot, hot water heater, toaster and microwave to an oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Upon check in, the person welcoming you will make you feel at ease providing you with all of the essential information and an orientation around the flat so you know how everything operates and you can ask questions. In addition, we also have some unique services that we can offer to our guests that will really immerse you in the culture. Please inquire when you send us an email. As we also have a tour company, we have a special 40% discount for guests for some of our private tours of the city. Please let us know if you are interested in any of those. We also have a slightly smaller apartment that sleeps 7 people.

No booking fees or hidden costs, Minimum 3 nights, Cleaning fee is 55€ for the
big apartment and an extra 20€ clean fee in case studio is rented too.
Deposits, Payments and Cancellation
• We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on credit card or wire transfer to hold your reservation; the balance is due in cash at check-in
• We only confirm your booking and block the calendars once you make a deposit.
• When payment is via a bank transfer you are responsible for wire costs. Please do send us via email bank confirmation to speed up the process.
• If you cancel your reservation there is a penalty as follows:
- More than 30 days before: Deposit.
- 15-30 days before: 30% of the total amount.
- 7-15 days before: 40% of the total amount.
- Less than 7 days or No show: 100% of total amount.
• In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions. For this reason, we highly recommend you take out trip cancellation insurance.
