This very pleasant villa is ideal for one or 2 families looking for fun and relaxing holidays.
Located in one of the most prized developments just 3km north of Tarragona centre, it is just 5mn on foot to the beautiful 1km-long Playa Larga, the small and family-oriented Cala dels Capellans, or the nudist Playa Savinosa. Your choice of beaches, without any parking hassle!
The villa is very luminous and spacious and has a very convenient floor plan. Built about 25 years ago in traditional Mediterrean style, it has just gone through extensive remodelling, including brand new kitchen and bathrooms.
It is surrounded by a 1000 m2 Mediterrean garden, with a large quiet terrasse secluded from any neighbour, ideal for relaxing, equiped with a barbecue and 2 outside dining tables. On the top floor is a solarium with panoramic seaview.
Furnished in a nice and relaxed style, the villa
comfortably accomodates 10 persons. With 3 double rooms and 2 rooms with 2 individual beds each, it is ideal for 2 families, who may choose to have one floor per family, or, much more fun, a parents' floor and a kids' floor.
Children of all ages are welcome. Crib and high chair are available at no charge, as well as a couple of smaller children beds.

Best known for its sandy beaches, the Costa Dorada offers a whole range of activities for all tastes:
- Cultural visits: the Unesco World Heritage Site Roman city of Tarraco (nowadays known as Tarragona), the Cistercian monasteries of Poblet and Santes Creus...
- The center of Barcelona is just an hour away by car, or even better, and easy 1-h train ride away, ideal for a relaxed day-long visit.
- Gastronomy: the Costa Daurada has wonderful restaurants for all budgets and delicious local fare, particularly fish. Or go wine-tasting in the famous red-wine (Priorat) and Cava (Penedes) producing regions, easily toured in a day.
- For families with children, the Jungle Trek adventure park nearby is a lot of fun. And of course, being so close (only 25km) to the famous Universal Studio Port Aventura theme park makes it easy to beat the crowds! On hot days, the AquaLeon park in el Vendrell is a refreshing idea.
- Swim, sail, build a sand castle, or enjoy a stroll along the coast for beautiful views, and discovered hidden coves. The Club Maritim on the Playa Larga offers saling and winsurfing classes.
- Our neighbourhood Cala Romana has the 2 top tennis clubs in Tarragona, Tennis Tarragona and Tennis Park.
- Golf the Costa Dorada, a rising destination for golfers, with several excellent golf courses, one only 5 mn away. With mild temperatures and beautiful days, autumn and spring are the perfect time to come.
