Description:
The house is situated on the quiet El Oasis urbanisation which is just outside La Marina. The property is only a few years old and is built to a very high standard. We have recently installed a drinking water filtration system. The house is only about 10 mins by car from the long sandy beach, which stretches from Santa Pola in the north to Guardamar in the south and has a Blue Flag rating. There are also many golf courses within a 10 - 45 minute drive away.



Local Facilities:
The urbanisation has a wide range of facilities including shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants (Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese), bars, banks, water park, snooker club, Internet cafes, police station, Tourist information office etc. Most are within walking distance, or a short drive.
Buses run daily to Alicante city, Torrevieja, Elche and Guardamar. There is a weekly market on Thursdays and Sundays. You will be able to visit a market any day of the week somewhere in the area. There are also many free or economical bus and coach trips to surrounding places of interest.


Activities:Terra Mitica theme park - Spains answer to Alton Towers is only a 45 minute drive away.
Aqualandia water park and Mundomar Dolphinarium are also relatively close.
Nearby golf courses include La Marquesa, La Finca, Campoamor, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Alicante Golf club and La Manga.

The Area : El Pinet is a nature reserve situated close to the beach. Here you will find shady pine forests with picnic areas.
Elche is a beautiful old town 10km inland. It is known as the city of palms, as these are grown here in their thousands. It is well worth a visit.
You can choose from spending time relaxing on the long sandy beaches, to visiting the nearby towns of Santa Pola, Guardamar or Elche, or on sporitng activities which are available at the Sports Complex and other venues nearby.

Our house is equipped to a very high standard. The lounge /diner is tastefully furnished with 2 settees, dining suite, satellite TV with
DVD player. There is also a radio and CD player.
There is a large patio in the front garden with table and chairs which can be used for al fresco dining.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed , built -in mirror wardrobes, radiator, ceiling fan, and free standing cupboards.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built-in mirror wardrobes, radiator and ceiling fan.
The bathroom is spacious with toilet, & shower, handbasin and cupboards. There is also a second shower room & toilet downstairs.
There is a large private sun terrace on the roof with great views of the surrounding mountains and area. It is equipped with sun loungers, table and outside shower.
A communal pool is situated a very short walk from the house, but inside the small private complex. It is very clean & wellmaintained. Visitors will have a key to access the pool which is kept locked and only for the use of the community.
Car parking space is available on the drive beside the house and there is also an overspill car park near the pool, if necessary.

Anmerkungen
Weekly prices includes water, gas and electricity, linen and final clean.
A refundable damage security payment of £75 or €100 must be paid in cash to keyholder on arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of rental ending to allow keyholder to check the property.
When possible, a 15% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. There is a small fee for out of hours arrivals and departures. Arrivals after 10pm and departures before 6am will incur a charge of €10 - €15 depending on agreement with the kayholder.
Payment for the rental can be made by Bank Transfer or by PAYPAL.
