The Duquesa Beach is right next to the award winning Blue Flag beach of Los Locos with its first aid post and life guards, a really safe environment for swimmers & children. The Duquesa Beach is arguably the most architecturally impressive building in Torrevieja. The Duquesa Beach Residence is set around a tranquil stone floored courtyard and pond where you can hear the sound of cascading water from the beautiful fountain. The exterior of the complex is quite impressive with its classic design resembling a Moorish castle. The complex is directly facing the Mediterranean Blue Flag beach of los Locos where it curves into a bay. This 2 bedroom penthouse has one double bed in the master bedroom (with your personal safe which allows you to set your own personal combination for added safety), the other room is twin bedded with a cot if required, an extra bed can be added in the twin bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a very powerful A/C system, a life saver when the temperature is in the upper nineties. But it is also ideal for winter breaks as the town of Torrevieja is open all year round with its host of trendy boutiques & restaurants. I recommend Carrefour Supermarket for your food shopping and the new Las Habaneras Shopping Center with loads of trendy boutiques (about 10 mins drive if you have a car).
New Luxury Bathroom which has a Hydro-Massage bath and marble tiles on the walls and floor. Luxurious hand basin and bathroom accessories. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside living space consists of a huge terrace with a spiral staircase leading up to your own large private solarium, fully furnished with patio furniture, where you can sunbathe and eat alfresco. The terrace is furnished with a large decorative round table with 4 comfortable cushioned chairs and a large windup sunshade. On the solarium, the furnishing consists of 2 comfortable sun loungers so you have plenty of room and sun exposure to sunbathe all day long! This all adds up to a lot of outdoor space with stunning views. The complex also has a pool for residents only and at the rear of the complex opposite the Duquesa Beach, there is a huge outdoor pool which is privately run and open to the public. Within walking distance of the apartment, there is an abundance of fine restaurants which line the seafront, or if you prefer a pub lunch there are several traditional pubs and don't forget if you prefer a winter break, the shops and restaurants are open all year round.
To summarize the complex, I would describe it as being in a tranquil environment, in a prime location for the beach, ideal for restaurants, within walking distance to Torrevieja town center, in fact everything you could possibly need is on your doorstep so no need to hire a car. If you need to get a bus, it's just outside the complex on the right. For parents it is very child-friendly, a safe environment for children with the swimming pool being surrounded by tall decorative wrought iron railings and an imposing entrance gate, and just opposite, on the prom, a first aid post for any minor problems such as sunburns, cuts or bruises.

La Résidence Duquesa Beach se trouve tout à côté de la plage magnifique de Los Locos (qui a été décernée du prestigieux Drapeau Bleu pour sa propreté) surveillée par des maitres-nageurs, ce qui en fait un environnement idéal et très sécurisant pour grands et petits. Le Duquesa Beach est sans aucun doute l'édifice le plus impressionnant d'un point de vue esthétique de tout Torrevieja avec son architecture classique et très méditteranéenne. Il est situé dans un cadre tranquille et idyllique et a une piscine et une cour intérieure pavée avec une très belle fontaine. La Résidence surplombe directement la baie de la plage de Los Locos. Cet appartement de 2 chambres comprend une chambre double (avec coffre-fort pour vos effets personnels) et une chambre avec 2 petits lits et un lit de bébé si nécessaire. L'appartement a la climatisation, indispensable l'été quand il fait très chaud mais aussi l'hiver quand les températures sont plus basses. Torrevieja est idéal en toute saison avec ses nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. Pour faire les courses, nous recommandons Carrefour situé à côté du nouveau centre commercial de las Habaneras avec ses belles boutiques (environ 10 minutes en voiture du Duquesa).
L'appartement a aussi une salle de bains moderne avec bain à remous, douche etc... Les serviettes de bain sont fournies.
L'espace extérieur se constitue d'un large balcon avec table et chaises pour manger alfresco avec petit escalier qui donne accès directement à une autre terrasse au dessus qui sert de solarium privé équipé de deux chaises longues. Vous pouvez donc vous faire bronzer toute la journée!!
A 2 pas de la Résidence, il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés internationaux qui longent le bord de mer et qui proposent des menus variés à bons prix.
En bref, le Duquesa Beach est situé dans un cadre tranquille, en bordure de plage, bien placé pour les restaurants et cafés et à quelques minutes à pied du centre de la ville. Vous avez tout à portée de main donc il n'est même pas nécessaire de louer une voiture car l'arrêt de bus est au bout de la rue. Le Duquesa Beach est un endroit très sûr pour les enfants, la piscine est bien fermée et la Résidence en général est bien surveillée avec des portails d'entrée avec interphones.
