This beautiful apartment is situated just a few minutes walk from Puerto Banus and Ocean Club in the Las Gaviotas apartments (near playas del Duque). The complex is peaceful and secure while still being very convenient for all the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Banus and Nueva Andalucia.

The property is a spacious 200m2 with a lovely south facing terrace with sea views. The lounge has large comfortable sofas and a dining area for up to 8 handy mini-bar.

There are 3 large bedrooms, the largest of which has 3 single beds so this apartment can sleep up to 7 comfortably.
