A very tastefully decorated new property located in the mountainside just 3 mins walk downhill to a beautiful sandy beach/promenade/bars/restaurants and nightlife. Mojacar is suited to the sophisticated holiday maker who enjoys a peacefull break with/without the family. It is not over commercialised and boasts the best climate in Spain with an estimated 323 days of sunshine.

While a car is not essential - it does make getting around a lot easier and gives great independence. Transport to/from Almeria (50mins)/Alicante (2hrs)/Murcia (1hr40mins) - is very infrequent and hiring a car is a very cost effective way of managing the transfer.

1DBL and 2 x TWN bedrooms with a spacious living/dining equiped kitchen and bathroom.

A balcony stretching across the masterbedroom and living room overlooks the communal pool from 1st floor level and accommodates you in the sun/shade during the day or in the evening for a cool drink when you can savour the sounds of the sea and the crickets into the dark of night.

Air conditioning in master bedroom and livinging room (EUR5 per day). A very efficient cooling system is installed in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The twin beds are on the cooler side of the property and thus dont have such need for air conditioning.
