The Villa was built in 2001 and has been extensivley refurbished during late 2006. Sitting on the south side of a block of 4, known as a quad. The villa is positioned on the end of a short avenue and has open views toward Guardamar and the sea beyond.
The Villa consists of a good sized lounge with UK satellite TV, DVD player, CD and all the usual bits n bobs you would expect. A small fully equipped kitchen with toaster, cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. From the kitchen is an enclosed utility, storage area leading to the stairway and up to a very large roof solarium furnished with 4 place table, brolley and sun beds, with views toward Guardamar and the sea beyond. The entry to the solarium is glazed with a small breakfast table within. In the evenings one can spend hours up here, just kinda looking at the lights on the sea front. Oooh, a couple of glasses of wine and its soon midnight !

From the lounge, takes you to a large outside terrace complete with dining table and 4 chairs and on to the pool. Through an archway from the lounge leads you to the bedrooms, which sleeps a family of 4. The main bedroom has double bed, large fitted wardrobe,drawers and bedside tables and a new en-suite with a double sized shower. The second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe etc, down the hallway placed near to second bathroom which also has a large shower.

Lounge and both bedrooms have airconditioning and ceiling fans.

The outside terrace looks over your own 4 x 3mtr swimming pool, with outside shower all set within a walled fully tiled garden, complete with sun beds, loungers and small barbeque.

The villa is South facing and picks up the sun from sunrise to sunset.


Local amenities within a five minute walk are: a large supermarket, ice cream parlour, newsagent, bakery, several restaraunts and cafes. A further ten minutes takes you to: Two further supermarkets, national health doctor, pharmacy, dentist, newsagent, and plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a good local bus service from La Marina to all local towns and markets as well as to La Marina beaches during the summer .
La Marina del Mar is located 25 minutes south of Alicante city and Airport, 40 minutes north of Murcia airport and 20 minutes North of the busy sea side resort of Torrevieja.

Golf at Rojales 10 minutes, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamar 20 minutes, La Manga 45 minutes.

5 minutes by car will take you to the blue flag beaches of La Marina a 5km stretch of sandy coastline, the local beach also sports a restaurant / bar.

We do however recommend the hire of a car to take full advantage of your stay.

Eating out: You will find a wide range of bars and restaurants in La Marina village and the surrounding areas such as Guardamar, Santa Pola, Alicante and Torrevieja.
Places to visit such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are a great day out for all age groups, located to the east side of Benidorm a little less than a 1 hour drive from La Marina.
