Our apartment is part of the exclusive development La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes. You will be instantly impressed, with exceptional attention to detail from the design to the final finishes.

The view from our 50 square foot sun terrace is the finest on the whole coast, immaculate view over the surrounding golf courses, beyond Marbella in the east to the Rock of Gibralta in the west, across the mediterranean to the Riff Mountains in Morocco.

Whether you choose to enjoy the amazing view whilst eating alfresco on our terrace or simply just relax and enjoy the Costa del Sol climate

The apartment has the benefit of excellent design, optimising the available space and maximising comfort, and is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating and domotic systems. A large terrace has been incorporated into the apartment, taking account of the outdoor living which is so pleasant in the Costa del Sols perfect climate.

La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes is a luxury complex built to the very highest standards. It lies within 90,000m2 plot with a further 50,000m2 green zone to ensure total privacy and tranquillity. The low rise blocks lie within landscape gardens with a total of six pools and are oriented to the best advantage.

Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, a small terrace to the front of the apartment is only a few steps to one of the complexes swimming pools.

At the rear of the apartment is our 50sq metre terrace which retains a welcomed shaded area from the sun. Immediately to the front of our terrace is a grassed area which allows for un-obsrtucted sun bathing. This area has a small retaining fence.
