This ground floor apartment has one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two twin-rooms both with ensuites. The kitchen is modern with granite worktops and is fully equipped to include a dishwasher and entry phone. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional WC in the hall. The open plan sitting room and dinning area lead to a lovely large terrace, which is an excellent place to eat and relax looking onto a pretty water feature. The apartment has a marble floor through out and there is ample storage space. The gated complex is well landscaped with an attractive pool area that includes a children’s pool and there are a few sun-loungers provided too. There is a club house nearby too with a gym, tennis courts and a restaurant and bar.

San Pedro has a fantastic beach and promenade lined with palm trees. The
beach is a short walk from the apartment and is perfect, both for those who
enjoy jet skiing or kite surfing as well as for those who want to relax eating and drinking looking out to sea.

The buzzy town of San Pedro has numerous shops, bars and restaurants but the party town of Puerto Banus is just 5 minutes away and Marbella, which is a gorgeous place to shop and simply wonder around is just the other side of that. There are many other wonderful and historical places that are easy to visit from here as well as many golf courses nearby too.

Bath towels and bedding are provided and Welcome Pack on arrival. We arrange a mid-holiday laundry change for holidays of a minimum of 14 days.

50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The booking can be cancelled up to 14 days of receipt of the deposit. The final payment and £300 is required 14 days before your holiday. To enable enough time for cheques to clear and for us to send you directions and key information. The key money is sent to you within 14 days of your return, once weve got the OK from our Spanish representative.
