Just 1km from the centre of Begur, a charming hillside medieval village with a wealth of Catalan restaurants, small shops, bars, cafes and places of interest. Casa Julivia enjoys uninterrupted sea and country views.
At poolside you can be independent of the house and with glass panel surrounds to the decking area, the views are quite stunning.

The accommodation:
A private drive with electric gates and parking. The front door leads to an entrance hall and open plan living area with comfortable seating and dining for 8 persons. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. A dining terrace from the living room overlooks the pool and has panoramic views.

The house was totally remodelled and extended in 2006 and is built on one level with the exception of the superb pool area which is on a lower level approached by a few steps. There is a gate to the steps to poolside which means that this area can be closed off for safety with young children. This is a fantastic space to relax and with the poolside kitchen with built in bbq and shower room with wc you hardly need to move away from here on a lazy day!
Sunbeds adorn the large decking surround to the pool and there are areas of natural shade as well as electrically operated awnings which can be extended from the windows on the upper terrace.
With four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms, one of which is at the poolside, this house offers spacious and comfortable accommodation fitted to a high standard. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite and the finest sanitary ware has been installed.
The bedrooms all have glass doors to the terrace and are fitted with quality furnishings.

Less than 5mins drive is the village of Begur where you will be spoilt for choice of restaurants, tapas bars, late night bars and exquisite shops.
In 7 minutes by car you can reach the delightful coastal village of Tamariu with its sandy bay and waterfront restaurants and within 10-15 mins are the beach villages of Sa Riera, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Aiguablava.
