This apartment is newly built (2004) and furnished with good, modern furnishings and is located in a popular orange tree lined street. It is situated very close to Fuengirolas main Church Square (Plaza de la Constitucion 5 mins), 3 minutes to the main beaches, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The main train and bus stations are about 10 minutes walk, ideal for travelling to local villages such as traditionally trendy Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malagas now world famous Picasso Museum.

The apartment sleeps 4 in total but we only let it to couples or a maximum of 3 people. There is one master double bedroom (2 people) and a smaller bedroom (sleeps 1 comfortably or -2 people squezed). Contains an open plan kitchen and a bright beautiful lounge. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of 3 stories and has a lift.
Situated close to the town centre and beach, everything is within walking distance.
The Fuengirola Zoo is no more than 10 mins walk from the apartment and it's a great place to take the kids for a day trip. There is a small park with a good playground for toddlers and older children with a fantastic cafe by the townhall, about 5 mins walk.

Rentals start from Euro 280. Long lets available during winter months at approx. Euro 750 per month.
