This beautiful villa offers truly stunning and versatile accommodation with the added benefit of being furnished throughout to the highest standards. The lounge / diner is spacious to include marble flooring, leather suites, ADSL, SAT T/V air conditioning. Off the lounge there is a large terrace (30m2) complete with table and chairs were you can enjoy a quite drink while watching the sun go down over the Andalusian Mountains. Above the lounge is the main terrace 100m2, complete with dining table, sun loungers and Bar B Que. The kitchen comes complete with all the modern appliances you could wish for and is finished of with beautiful granite work tops. Both the lounge and kitchen benefit from stunning mountain views, on the floor below are situated the first 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is very large and has the benefit of SAT /TV and en suite bathroom, the further 3 bedrooms are all made up as twins; all bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning. Continuing to the next floor down is a totally equipped 2 bedroom apartment complete with its own luxury kitchen again finished with high quality granite work tops. It also benefits from its own bathroom, air conditioning, SAT/TV and lounge. Outside the villa there is a large garden which comes complete with heated pool and water slide and sunloungers. To the front of the villa there is a garage and carport with parking for two cars, there is also ample on road parking outside if required. Whether you are young or old, here for a quiet time or the abundant night life you can not fail to be impressed. This location really does have it all whether you are here on honeymoon, clubbing or enjoying some time away with your family. Fuengirola marina with its many attractions is only a 10 minute drive away, for the family they too are really spoilt for choice with the Selwo Dolphin park a 15 minute drive away, Tivolli World, Benalmadena Sea World, not to mention the crocodile park and water park also being a must visit on the edge of Torremolinas. When finished there why not head down to Benamadina Marina, mix with the rich and famous, shop until you drop or just enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the many themed restaurants. For those that wish to go clubbing, or even want a quiet drink Fuengirola has numerous bars, pubs and clubs for all ages and tastes where you can party until dawn. All of this and its only 20 minutes from Malaga airport! This property has some thing to offer everybody, whether it is piece and quiet or only a 10 minute drive away beach and 24 hour partying!
